The hotel shuttle service was great and it moved on time. We stayed at 9th floor and housekeeper guy was so kind and smiley. There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. It is not a big issue but a remark.
Stayed for two nights. The room, bathroom were clean. All upgraded, its a modern hotel. Bed was comfy. But it has only one pillow for each bed. Unfortunately they have parking lot but with payment while other hotel is providing car parking for free. Check-in took time it was one hour to wait, and that was such a wasting time. Reception was only one lady on duty.
The service is very good, the breakfast is also good, and the lobby environment is very warm.

Hotel located 20 minutes from the Haram by bus. A shuttle system is in place with a bus that drops you off and brings you back at each prayer. Timetables are not always respected and the bus is very often overcrowded, which makes the experience quite trying. Furthermore, I regret the lack of communication from the hotel on the operation of the shuttle. Apart from a poster on the reception counter, no mention or explanation was made during check-in by the employee. I had to figure it out on my own to understand how it worked, where to drop it off...etc. I found it very unpleasant.
The room was clean but severely lacking in equipment, no kitchen utensils just a simple kettle. The bedding is very firm, will not suit everyone. During my stay, the hot water almost never worked, which is very unfortunate. The hotel is near a major, very noisy road, my room was located on the road side and the noise was quite disturbing, especially at night with the incessant honking of car horns, the sound insulation is quite poor. In summary, the quality-price ratio is correct, this will necessarily come at the cost of certain concessions.
We booked with al hidaya towers. The location was far but good shuttle service compensated for it as it was round the clock. Room service and cleaning services were remarkable. Rooms were clean and neat. Daily housekeeping services were provided. Hotel staff including reception staff and Mr Waseem and Mr Aziz were very good and professional. Overall the stay was good. I will highly recommend it to others and will come to stay again. It was good experience.
It is really a good hotel both in terms of location and service, the only thing missing was that there was no phone. It is also good in terms of location and it is located in a good location.
