We stay at le meridien makkah in 5-8 Apr '26. We would like to recommend this hotel so much, will be back here. What is the best thing from this hotel :
1. Location : Near gate 2 to do Umrah
2. Helpfull staff : the receptionist, sorry we forget his name really helpfull and kind when checkin.
3. Room : room is best! Spacious, clean, neat, well maintaned
4. They have electric for Asian People like us
5. The bed is so fluffy and best bed ever
6. Bathroom : shower gel, shampoo, all of amenities is here with good qualities
Surely will comeback here! Thanks trip and le meridien 🫶🏻

The hotel is a few minutes walk to Haram so it is so convenient to stay. We booked with breakfast for our parents, the selection of bread are enough for us. The paratta with dal is delicious. The staff is so helpful.

Second time stay in this hotel. Satisfied both times.
We are happned to arrived early and the booked room yet to be ready. However the receptionist has help to accomodate us by updrage us other rooms which is better. I can't thank enough with the hotel teams for making our stay very peasant and memorable.

There was no reservation at Al-Masa Dar Al-Fayzin. They did not find the reservation and we were transferred to another hotel, Al-Masa Grand, which increased our stress and exhaustion. There was no reservation at all at Al-Masa Dar Al-Fayzin and we were not informed of that. Please be accurate in the reservation and inform the customer of any new developments.

Hotel is about 250-300m to Masjidil Haram. Price is reasonable. Plenty of eateries nearby. Has 4 lifts and all working properly. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and toilet. Recommended place to stay during your umrah trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a good one clean affordable, but they don’t have a restaurant and you have to go near Haram to get food. Also the hotel in high mountain. There are golf cars, but you will have to wait for them and you have to request a car sometimes.

AAnonymous UserI had a lovely stay at Elaf Ajyad. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I originally booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but was given a triple room instead. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue without much hassle. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The hotel is located on a hill, which might not be ideal for older travellers or anyone with mobility issues. However, they do offer a shuttle service to take you up and down the hill. Just be prepared to wait a little when it comes to pick-ups.
While the staff are great, the management system can sometimes be a bit slow, so you might need to be patient or follow up with them.
Overall, for the price I paid, it was a great experience. Travelling without any older family members, it worked perfectly for me, and I’d definitely stay here again.
