The hotels stay was excellent, they fulfilled all my expectations and if there was an issue they resolved it gracefully. The location is good especially as the shuttle bus service was in service. I will recommend this hotel and intend to come again next time when I’m here.

Despite few issues at the beginning with the Room.
The Staff has made my stay a great experience especially Mr Mahmoud Ali in dinner section has go far and beyond to help me he was an excellent ambassador for the hotel, And miss Hiba in reception she went out of her way to help me and I have received a first class service from her.
Overall all the staff and the food were excellent! Room 322

Fantastic breakfast buffet and outstanding personal service. Special thanks to Rabbul Hossain, Imran Hossain, Saddam Hossain, Zahid, Mr. Nawar and the rest of the reception team for their first-class hospitality and attentiveness to every request. If I return to Mecca, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again.

My overall experience at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the elevators work well, and the common areas have a nice fragrance, which enhances the hotel’s atmosphere.
However, there were some minor inconveniences. The transportation to Haram by bus was a bit challenging. Also, the bellboy was not always at his post, making it slightly difficult to manage luggage. While the rooms were clean, I noticed that sometimes only the towels were replaced without a thorough cleaning.
If these small issues are addressed, the hotel could provide an even higher level of service.
