The hotel is very nice and clean.Is 10 minutes drive from Masjid Al-Haram ,but there is no water at all.After umrah we couldn't take shower.

Located in Alaziziyyah north. You need to take taxi or tbus to go to haram. The place ok enough.

We did not like the most is terrible house-keeping. room was not cleaned, same bed sheets, towels for 5 days. Since it was a religious trip - very inconvenient to commute to Grand Mosque in Makkah. Even though girls at the front desk know no or little English, but they were nice and cooperative.
