The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Haram. The service was really fast and efficient. The rooms although, were slightly old and felt used and not as “clean” as some of the other clock tower hotel rooms. Also the amenities in the bathroom can be improved by adding more like toothbrush toothpaste were not included which we expected. Also there was no blow drier or oven in the room to heat up food items. These improvements can lead to a better experience and for us to book again with Pullman Zamzam.

The location is the best. The staff are very helpful especially the receptionist. They allow us to do a very early check-in at 8.30 AM. After having more than 18 hours travelling, this really matter.
Moreover, they give us the Haram View. We can't see Kabah, but we can see the people doing tawaf.
Thank you Pullman. Will definitely in the first list hotel to stay at Mekkah

The stay was very good, but the room furniture and amenities need to be renovated, the reception is very good, the check in took only less than five minutes, the location is very good, the elevators bit crowded before the prayers time

Good hotel, good room, food is delicious, and location is near to Alharam. And also nice people, special for Ms. Ghusun bamufleh, for help me to express check in, good job and 5 star for Ms. Ghusun bamufleh.

Very perfect location next to Haram ,
Needs renovation badly . Service should be better .staff are great ,we were upgraded to a better suite. Thanks to ALL.

I arrived at the hotel check in at 3 pm And I put my stuff in the room then went for Umrah, after finishing and returning to the hotel the door key card could not be used then I reported to the receptionist, they asked again what time I checked in, and whether there was anyone inside. As if not believing it, the receptionist tried to call the room. after that they asked the leader. after waiting about 20 minutes and finally the card was reset again. the point is please improve the system and communication.

We booked haram view and when we got to the hotel to check in they said you booked city view . It was my first time visiting Makkah and I really wanted haram view hotel room. I was really disappointed. When I went to the reception to ask to change my room they said no we are fully booked. Really disappointed with their service. Being a 5 star hotel room only looked and maintained like 3 star hotel . My hotel in Madinah was 4 star but booked much much better than this hotel.

i did not ask for any room service during my stay but as i got back from my tawaf, i see my room has cleaned and cleaner tidy my room without my concern . as for that, i lost 700 sar which i left in my luggage. Terible experince. i choose to stay in this hotel because of the prestige name and safety but i think its not safe enough. please check for cleaner schedule on 30/11/24. my room is 839. for a traveler like me 700 sar is a big number. i hope the person who took my money will not be safe.
