Overall, the staff were nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Azza, who helped me change my room, the first receptionist I met (I will update her name later), Abdulrahman, who handled my second complaint and did his best, and most importantly Abdullah, who took my cleaning concerns seriously. Thanks to him, the housekeeping staff finally came at 11:35 PM as promised. Unfortunately, the housekeeping issue was a major problem. My room was not cleaned for several days despite repeated requests. We even stayed out all day to give the staff a chance to clean, but nothing happened until Abdullah intervened. I also felt that traveling with my disabled father may have contributed to being overlooked, which was very stressful. Apart from the housekeeping problem, everything else about the hotel was good. I hope management addresses these housekeeping issues to ensure all guests receive proper service.

Location is not great to access Haram. Bathroom was quite small and it was not upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. The room was quite ok
