My nightmare stay in this hotel. I stayed 6 nights . 4 days I complained to staff members in reception also the Bengali speaking porters . With no luck that my shower was broken and no hot water running. The lady in reception is very arrogant and I felt she was a racist . I had bad experience from the point of check inn to check in out with her . I booked the hotel through a travel agent. But when I went to the reception desk she couldn’t understand a word of English. She took 40 mins to check me inn . She avoided me for first 20 mins leaving the desk talking to someone on her personal mobile phone. The Bengali head porter is also a lier . I asked for towel and made many requests that please there isent any cold water please talk to the reception because she doesn’t understand me he kept on saying leave it to me . I URGE EVERYONE FROM U.K. NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL . The female staff is very racist and has zero customer service skills.

I stayed there in a double room for three nights starting April 22nd. First thing I noticed when entered the room is that only one towel was provided. I called room service several times to provide more towels, which never happened. They have bad attitude and no common sense. They also left garbage under the beds from previous guests. Please avoid at all costs.
