The shower booth in the bathroom is small, but two shower heads are conveniently placed. The water pressure is high. Shower water has flowed into the bathroom, but there is nowhere to drain.

Wonderful experience upon check-in and throughout our short stay for Umrah. They allowed us to check in early at 12pm. Nice view of Haram from our room.

Due to sudden travel restrictions requirement mandated by Government for Resident, I requested refund for couple of times but was rejected and unsuccessful. I have a booking a month ago before the announcement of restrictions to enter Makkah. Very disappointed. Nothing special in this hotel that I recommend at all.

Love the Fairmont hotel! Been here a good few times, comfy beds and pillows, i would recommend cleaning out the dust on the AC units and Windowsills, but will be back as it’s one of my favourite hotels to stay in mekkah.

It was good stay with my family. Very near to the Haram and there is mall connecting to the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean rooms but the service was slow. Highly recommended.

Not bad. The A/C system is not clean at all and carpet inside room is too old and cause a severe allergy for me.
