Very bad, very bad management, especially the general manager Wael Salem, the manager Nizar Al-Harbi, the reception staff, and all the workers are very bad in their dealings. The hotel is not only unclean from the outside but also unclean from the inside. The room windows do not open and cause allergies. The mattresses and towels are very bad. The situation and service are very bad. Everything is very bad and the price is exaggerated. There is an Egyptian employee named Ragab, a disrespectful person who does not respect the privacy of the guests, especially families. The situation of the hotel and the management is very, very, very bad. The chef and the waiters in the restaurants watch you what you eat, what you took, and what you ate.
