Хороший отель, приятный персонал, вкусные блюда, чисто, аккуратно и красиво. По просьбе заселили раньше на 5 часов, спасибо за гостеприимство.

Впервые посетил Дагестан, Махачкалу и решил остановиться в отеле " 1000 и 1 ночь". Отель покорил сразу как только зашел в него своей стилистикой и красотой. Как и в любом отеле кроме красоты стен должна быть и душа, а именно персонал который тебя встречает.От них много очень зависит, какое впечатление будет при заселении и останется после уезда. Так вот в этом отеле прекрасное впечатление создали ребята с рецепнш - Гадод и Буньямин. Ражушно встретили, помогли с выбором комнаты, подробно рассказали про возможности отеля и за его пределами, вообщем встретили как родного! Просто молодцы!

К сожалению могут требовать бездоказательно деньги и залоги, если в случае не очень чистой комнаты вы оставляете взимать штрафы. Летаю по всему миру первый раз такое встречаю! Манипулятивным путём! На 3 эт всегда запах сигарет в номерах!
