The room was very clean and consistent with the photo. The landlord is very welcoming and the location is very convenient.
The Clipper House in Poblacion Makati
4/514 Reviews
Makati Central Business District
The room is large, clean, the service staff is super good, his home may be 10 rooms, living here is warmer. Not far from the bar street, close to the main road, it will be a bit noisy at night. In addition, the hotel starts to block traffic at around 5 pm, until the evening, please pay attention!
MySpace Hotel Comembo Taguig

The staff are always courteous and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. My friend and I always stay here when she doesn’t make it to the last schedule of the bus which is also conveniently near this hotel. Near fast food and convenience stores, and good access to public transport.
Hop Inn Hotel Makati Avenue Manila

I had an early booking for my travel to Vietnam and in between flights i have to stay in manila for 20hrs. I booked a hotel in Hop Inn and already mentioned and included the option for early check in and check out. It was such a tiring travel and when I get to the hotel, i was expecting to have a rest early in the morning. The hotel staff was really nice but they did not allow me to book an early check in despite having it included as an option on my booking. I arrived at 7 in the morning and had to wait until 2pm to finaly rest. I dozed off at the lobby until 2pm and finally when my room was ready i rested inside only for 5hours because i had to check out early. Was the price worth it for my stay? I think not.
Green Sun Hotel
4/543 Reviews
Went here on holiday - and realized soon enough that almost all nearby commercial establishments, save for a takeaway BBQ place (Vito's) and a convenience store, everything else was closed. It certainly caused me a lot of stress trying to figure out where to take my daughters as we were all spending the holiday together. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, the electrical sockets are few, and loose for the most part (I booked 2 rooms, we couldn't plug chargers in almost all the empty sockets). Breakfast is standard silog, served cold if you're unlucky. Still ok, just don't come here on a national holiday, I guess.
Y2 Residence Hotel Managed by HII
4.1/5346 Reviews
Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system
