Love staying at New World Makati. Already my 3rd time. Just across Greenbelt 3. Walking distance to Landmark. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. Clean and safe with courteous staff. Variety of food at breakfast.

Dusit Thani is, I believe, a Thai chain and very good value. The food was first rate; we ate in the hotel's Thai restaurant, and I can truthfully say that I've never had such delicious Thia food. Our Papaya salad was made at the table from fresh ingredients. Location - any hotel in Manila will have terrible traffic problems, and Dusit Thani is no exception. It is located next door to a large shopping mall, which is very easily walkable. Cleand and tidy with excellent service.

Good location in the heart of Makati. Surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Nice friendly staff. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Water pressure is great. Nice comfy bed with comfortable pillows. As a suggestion it will be cool to have a minibar and a chair to sit in the room. At least a foldable one. There was no bath mat or any sort of mat in the room which is highly inconvenient after a bath. Other than this i had a great stay at this hotel. Recommended

1. The room was spacious enough. 2. The personnel really takes the cake! Very courteous, speaks mildly and smile a lot. Definitely well trained. 3. Room amenities had me really impressed. Our own water gallon, a rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven and an induction cooker. 4. The buffet breakfast was really underwhelming. We had better selections at Seda Manila Bay and Seda Nuvali.

This palace is nothing like the pictures. They hourly rent rooms, so this should tell you something about the hotel and it's position. The room was non-smoking but smells of it, probably from bygone days. It is central in Makati, so that is good. Easy access to food and bars. The people working here are nice and always helpful. I would stay again.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The ‘Unfairmont’ should be a 4 star hotel: - the worst restaurant buffet I’ve ever had … the chicken korma for example was just chicken in mayonnaise sauce and the rest was dry mean or no meat such as butter chicken curry with zero chicken in it (inattentive staff so remained like this through our dining) . The restaurant area is small so very noisy with chairs back to back so had to say ‘excuse me’ to diners behind me before moving my chat back to get out. ‘Fresh’ juices are from concentrate too. - No seats in the smoking area and signs up with diseases on. Not a place to savour a cigar. - Gym and rooms are than ordinary - Tv in the room too small to watch from the bed - Intolerable banging etc made it impossible to sleep.

I was stranded in Manila and decided to book this hotel. The room was beyond my expectations, the bed was huge and they were equipped with different amenities and facilities. The only thing that I hated during my stay was when I got trapped in the elevator. I kept on pressing the emergency call button but no one dared to rescue me. I almost experienced suffocation and when the door opened I took the fire exit stairs and I saw the staff just sitting on the couch and talking. I asked them if they could hear the emergency button and they said “Yes” but they didn’t even bother to help and they said that it already happened before. That was my biggest disappointment because it should have been rectified if it already happened before, I am only worried for kids or PWD’s that may experience getting trapped in that elevator too. Hope they will they it into account and fix it.

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. It's our 2nd time here because this place is very near to malls. The hotel is connected to G4. There's a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, it's because we miss drinking their draft beer. Unfortunately, it was unavailable so we tried something else. The deep fried chicken was a bit expensive to its taste. It's very salty. It did not meet our expectation for 650 pesos. On a brighter side, the staff were helpful and friendly. They always greet you even when you're just passing by.
