Almost 6th or 7th stay at Berjaya Makati. Always feels like home away from home
Courteous front desk staff under the supervision of Den. And above all the security/concierge staff always welcome you with a smile and warmth.
Great place to have cold beer after a hot day outside.

I especially appreciated the little details—soft bathrobes, complimentary refreshments, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, always ensuring it was spotless and well-organized.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The swimming pool was pristine, offering a perfect spot to unwind, while the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. Elevator is too old and takes so long time. Rooms need to be check cause of some water leaking and mat dirty.

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

Great location! Attentive staff. Spacious room. But the hotel needs maintenance. There was only 1 elevator working out of the 3 and we were on the 26th floor.
