Booked for the third time and the service was good. Rooms are big and decent. Good service attitude from the staffs and good hotel location. They also allowed us to stay in the same room for our extension for the next day and did not charge us from 12 noon to 2pm for the new reservation. We will definitely rebook here over and over again when families from the province visit us back. I really appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staffs. Kudos to the staffs and management. I hope you value your remembers and pay them well.

Room very small without window, breakfast is typical local food. Not really for foreigner. Location is good. The bed only given bedsheet instead of blanket. haha..

The room was OK, but there's no shampoo and only 1 small soap for using in the shower and cleaning your hands. The bathroom flooded after a 5-minute shower (both drains blocked). They could have at least included a hot water kettle as well.

Vreat hotel. Locatiob is great . Transport easily accessible, great food around the hotel area. Shopping is easy with Waltermart, the Beacon and Makati Square just across the road. Friendly staff and the restaurant serves decent and cheap food. Like the happy hours prices. Good for family stays.

Compared before the service was excellent, we requested for additional linen and hot water, they are fast, and after 10 minutes we received a call from the reception confirming if we already received what we requested. The room smells good, it is also clean, the tv signal is nice, and the aircon is cool. There's no need to pay for a security deposit. There's an intern who always greeted us.

I love the ambiance. Its peaceful and very convenient. Will come back soon.

The hotel is nice place... Staffs are accomodating.... Been here for 2x..... They upgrade us to suites... We really love it... Thank u eurotel makati.

Even though I booked with breakfast included, they didn't give me a breakfast voucher. I pointed it out but they ignored me. The front desk staff are very rude.

It was a decent stay overall and i would still consider returning. I just hope the facilities could be improved. Our room did not have a lock in the CR, the bidet was not working, the sink was continuously leaking, some lights were busted, there was no TV remote control and the channel cannot be changed. But it’s still good value for money with very convenient location.

We book 2 nights, the first night was a bit uncomfortable because of the noisy ac. The second night, we were concerned of the security. At the middle of the a random chinese together keeps shouting along the hotel hall. Very disturbing. I hope Eurotel its Security

Slippers are dirty and old. blankets are thin. their towels smells bad. customer service sucks i am asking for an extra toothpaste and soap but they didnt give us. We will not stay here anymore. Very bad experience its my first time p nman sa hotel na to ito na din yong last.
