Super, super, super, super bad!! The boss promised to refund the money in person, but he played dumb and wasted time and refused to refund the money. Ctrip helped to negotiate, and the lady who talked to him was also very angry! After more than an hour of delay, I didn't want the money anymore and just left, as if I was feeding the dog.
It is recommended that Ctrip cancel the cooperation with this kind of rubbish hotel and rubbish people. The lobby is full of mosquitoes and flies, the streets are disgusting, the whole place is dirty, messy, noisy, and feels very unsafe!

Terrible room. Very old and the air condition room is pooring like a toilet shower. The room needs improvement. There is refrigerator but also not working and it smells horrible. Land line telephone also is missing
