Good hotel to stay . Unfortunately no iron is provided

The second time around is more great. The inn didn’t disappoint me and the service keeps getting better! It’s a very convenient location to all amenities. I’ll come back again next year for sure. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay memorable. To Darwin, Jay, John Eduard & Joy, check in ladies, you’re awesome!

I had a pleasant stay at Jinjiang Makati. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Our room was on the 4th floor. Upon stepping out from the elevator, we weren't too sure what to expect, as the carpet was well and truly flogged, with the area between joins in the carpet looking very poor. However, upon entering the room we found it to be very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and there were enough pillows. The shower area was very clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Potential downsides include no windows (although there are nice Japanese style shutters that make it look like there are windows), and the stock of water bottles was poor (only 2 x 250ml bottles). I've rated the service and facilities in the mid-range, because we didn't really experience much of either of those. The room did come with 2 breakfasts, however we had left the hotel before breakfast started. The price was competitive, so can't really complain.

Helpful staff. Convenient location to GreenBelt for shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Sunday Legazpi Market.

2nd time to stay in this hotel, bumalik kami kasi malinis, maayos ang aircon, selection of breakfast buffet is good. So everytime na mag lakad kami sa makati area we will still choose to stay here. Receptionist are very professional even si manong guard, they always assist.keep up the good work

I was not pleased when I called the hotel’s landline for I was on the way to the hotel if I could check in earlier, a guy who answered my call was a little bit confused and keep asking my booking and my name. However, when I arrived at the hotel The Guard approached us with hospitality and immediately helped us on our things. The staff are friendly too. Hoping they are always happy to serve their customers. I think the management should fixed the hotel’s carpet, its old already.

The hotel is located quite conveniently to access to malls in Makati. The stuff of reception are very friendly, and room is enough clean to stay comfortably. I’d like to stay again at this hotel on the next trip and recommend travelers to stay here.

I like the vibe ❤️ The view of the waterfall from the room 💞 There are two of us in the room, however, only one soap, one shampoo, and one conditioner for us to share 🥺 We asked for additional and it was provided 😊

I used to stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas during my travels to Manila, but booked this hotel this time as I have to transact with some banks in the area. Location is convenient as there are dental clinics, spas, barbers shops, and derma clinics nearby which saved me time during my short trip. Malls, department stores and supermarkets are also nearby for refreshing your wardrobe and buying pasalubong. The one thing that's inconvenient is the lack of a laundry station with longer opening hours. The cleanliness of the room could be improved like dusty wardrobe drawers and unsightly luggage table (a foldable rack would be more tidy). There is ample desk space for working remotely but the chair could be uncomfortable after some time Front office and security staff are welcoming and helpful, and housekeeping staff are quick to assist. I was also glad to find out that the Arroz Caldo is back on the menu. It's tasty and comforting. The price is reasonable for the area, but if you intend to stay longer but don't need to be exactly in Makati, Jinjiang Inn Ortigas would also be a good alternative with the same level of service.

The staff are very courteous such as Honey & the rest of the front desk team, housekeeping staff and cafe staff. Its very clean and they have initiative to ask if u want for make up room. Amenities for the bathroom are basic but super clean. Bidet is included Great place and have enough parking space. Will definitely be back again very soon.
