The unit is spacious and comfortable to stay.
However, upon check in the hotel the staff unable to find my name in the list which is my first time to encounter this. Bath tub is rusty. Also cannot use the jacuzzi.
Overall, we still have an amazing celebration with my family.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a suite fairly recently. Living and bedroom areas looked remodeled. Bathroom and kitchen areas looked rather worn and outdated relative to these 2 areas.
AC worked well. Refrigerator sounded on the verge of blowing up. Motor ran consistently during the entire stay. Several pieces of the flooring in the living area were warped and a sharp edge was bent up. Very easy to get socks or bare feet caught on this. Sign on shower saying to let water run for 5 minutes to get hot. I ran for 15 minutes and noticed no measurable change in temperature.
On the plus side, within only a few minutes walk to several restaurants and 7-11's.

The condotel was perfect as it was just across the event location for our new years birthday party. Room was ok. AC was leaking, no maintenance bit the front desk and housekeeping assisted. Didn't like the fact the they close the makati avenue entrance, had to turnaround. 7/11 at the ground floor is very convenient.

The place is perfect for people who prefers in a commercial center. Huge room so I really like it. The front desk with a blond hair failed to inform me that the toothbrush, hair dryer and slipper is by request when it was included in advertisement. Housekeeping took time to bring my toothbrush, slipper and hair blower that I have to call the front desk for the second time, based on what I observed, the housekeeping is good as I even spoke with them, I think the front desk needs proper training other than the front desk I can say I like the place. Hopefully when I go back the Front Desk know how to deliver excellent customer service. I cannot even read the WIFI password as her handwritten is not really good, I need to ask the blond hair front desk about what she wrote. She was busy chatting with her co workers instead of doing her job.
