Hotel Sogo Guadalupe Reviews

We had a nice stay. The staff were nice and kind! I hope they continue this kind of service. We were supposed to be in executive room but we were put in deluxe, they handled this issue very well but we decided to stay in deluxe cause it was better than executive. They gave us 1 extra hour to stay. Thanks Sogo Guadalupe!👍

The narrow elevator needs an upgrade, not only it’s ugly but it has an awful smell. The room 806 was clean but the hallway near the kitchen is so messy and dirty. The front desk staff were very accommodating expect the Manager that I dealt with last night doesn’t know how to keep his word.

Have to wait for 15 mins. before they allow me to check-in because the room is not yet ready. I was able to get the Deluxe room I booked but it is obviously dilapidated. For the price, I would say it is fair enough

Room smell too bad. Now this hotel not same as last time i visit. Check in not smooth also.

Location,service and cleanliness is OK. Would have been better if cable channels are clear..no pop up message of disconnection and if atleast one pair of the slippers are a bit large like size 9. What i like most is that..it’s cheaper booking online than walking in and ask for a room. Thanks trip.com.

Nice place.., relaxing., good for couples and travelers..

The food was great but pricey. When I arrived atvthe hotel i need to fall in line which i understand just to be accomodated, eventhou i booked it online and ahead of time. When its my time theybare not aware of my reservation and needed to wait an hour before it was confirmed.

Services and amenities are excellent, location is very convenience and the facilities makes me feel comfortable.
