Three time stay at this hotel for one reason only, because very near with my work place.First time stay i got very nice room but for two last visit i got room with not maintained well for the sanitation equipment. For the room was clean, good air conditioner, and for bath room was standard, no bathup, but have good water heater. The breakfast was average. The hotel around 1 hour by car from the airport.

The service was impeccable. The staff were warm and friendly, professional and efficient. They always smiled whenever and wherever and provided thoughtful service to guests. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The dining is also amazing. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, whether local specialties or international cuisine, which are delicious. The breakfast is rich in variety and can be full of vitality for the new day. In short, Jakarta Hotel is a very good hotel. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice. I don’t know what to say cuz I am thinking to say about the good things. the most I hate in this hotel is the wifi, it’s super poor. You need to log in with the username and password that was given by the receptionist. And then when I am connecting the wifi in my room, oh God this is disaster. So well, I am using roaming in Indonesia and my roaming went smoothly then the wifi. I even can’t open google. Or refresh my instagram. It’s super super slow. I need to go to the lobby if I wanted to use the wifi since my roaming has limited access too. And the bathroom is just too small but its unique the concept like in the airplane. The only thing I like in this hotel is the location and the reception is super friendly, and there are many options for breakfast but mostly for Indonesian traditional foods.

Just checked out from the hotel which I stayed 1 night only. I gave score as average quality of service and facility. Wifi is not working in the room and I used my celluler provider but seems the signal inside the room was empty which cause difficulty open my email. Either they locked an access to some importants apps luke emails, whatsapp, but instagram took high speed connection not emails and whatsapp. Want to extend my stay but I would rather find another. Parking also very difficult, none of parking space available. Well, compare the price, its worth to the amount you pay but could be better.
