2 Title: Jakarta Hotels - Excellence Experience Tour I was very impressed by the Jakarta hotel during this period of my stay in Jakarta. The location is excellent and the travel is very convenient. There are many transportation hubs around, which can be easily reached whether it is to the commercial center or tourist attractions. The hotel has an elegant environment, from the lobby to the guest rooms, every place is exquisite and quality. The lobby is spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, and people feel the noble atmosphere as soon as they step in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, warm and elegantly furnished. The beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The rooms are fully equipped, from high-speed wireless network to modern bathroom equipment, to meet various needs. The service was impeccable. The staff were warm and friendly, professional and efficient. They always smiled whenever and wherever and provided thoughtful service to guests. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The dining is also amazing. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, whether local specialties or international cuisine, which are delicious. The breakfast is rich in variety and can be full of vitality for the new day. In short, Jakarta Hotel is a very good hotel. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice. The hotel is on the seaside, very close to it on foot. The breakfast buffet the next day was also good. There is a good seafood restaurant near the hotel. It is a recommended hotel.

Actually I oredered the room with see view but I got city view, also the room that I got not like what I expected, it was romm with connecting door which is not my preference and from my view the room 509 hasn't been use for long time and it was seems forced to be open because all the room was packed. the water super dirty when you flush the toilet, the AC is leaked and not working properly which made me waited around 1 hour to be fixed. I mean why you did not check it before you open and sell that room?. However the the bed was clean the room smells good and the receptionists was too slow but kind if you ask me do I want to booked again, the answer is no because I paid pretty decent money for this room There are a lot good price hotels near there so I hope Khas Makassar Hotel should learn from my story Thanks

If you want great view with an affordable price, then this hotel is for you. Choose the room with sea view to enjoy sunsets from your room. It's superb! The room is not too spacious but okhay. Worth at is price. Everything is clean. The breakfast also okhay. The provide delicious meal with quite wide range of options. Not so many, but sufficient. Overall, I love staying here

The reception staff went our their way to help me: they directed my Bluebird taxi driver, as he could not speak English; they helped me with ordering a Grab taxi; and even after I left the hotel, they contacted me to notify me about a restaurant I was asking them about. I am particularly thankful to Ms. Dewa for this support.
