2 Title: Jakarta Hotels - Excellence Experience Tour I was very impressed by the Jakarta hotel during this period of my stay in Jakarta. The location is excellent and the travel is very convenient. There are many transportation hubs around, which can be easily reached whether it is to the commercial center or tourist attractions. The hotel has an elegant environment, from the lobby to the guest rooms, every place is exquisite and quality. The lobby is spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, and people feel the noble atmosphere as soon as they step in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, warm and elegantly furnished. The beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The rooms are fully equipped, from high-speed wireless network to modern bathroom equipment, to meet various needs. The service was impeccable. The staff were warm and friendly, professional and efficient. They always smiled whenever and wherever and provided thoughtful service to guests. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The dining is also amazing. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, whether local specialties or international cuisine, which are delicious. Firstly thank you to the female receptionist who allowed me to charge my iphone with hers upon my arrival, appreciate it. She checked me in smoothly and friendly Was staying for just one night for a business trip, stayed in 212 / 218, could not remember exactly, but it is on the 2nd floor, just in front of the guest lift landing. And boy was I wrong to expect a standard of product from an international chain hotel. The room was : Damp, dirty linen, blocked wash basin, dirty toilet bowl as dirty water keep running, stains on the sofa chairs, wet floor near the bed, filty shower room I wonder how Accor executing their routine inspection in their group, but this room is to be renovated immediately according to my experience. Guest can be ill staying in this room. BFast was ok,not too many option, ordered two boiled egg, and they were served without the egg stand and dirty egg shell. Didnt bother my self to change as was staying only for a night.

Just checked out from the hotel which I stayed 1 night only. I gave score as average quality of service and facility. Wifi is not working in the room and I used my celluler provider but seems the signal inside the room was empty which cause difficulty open my email. Either they locked an access to some importants apps luke emails, whatsapp, but instagram took high speed connection not emails and whatsapp. Want to extend my stay but I would rather find another. Parking also very difficult, none of parking space available. Well, compare the price, its worth to the amount you pay but could be better.

Message through this app is only one meal. The hotel claimed that there was only one meal on the app. Although before the room message I had been confirred to the hotel about eating. He said that every room purchase must be 3 times meals because of hotel conditions, it is just right after buying only one time (breakfast). Where the staff speaks quickly plus emphasized again, not polite at all.

Stayed there for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. I arrived on Sunday morning around 9 and fully aware that the early check-in is subject to availability. So I decided to take stroll around the beach but suprisingly after only 1 hour staff informed that room is ready. Ananda and Irma at the front desk were really helpful as I just had 12hrs bus trip from Soroako. Breakfast was good, not much western option, fried rice was dry on the first day, but the salad was nice. Thumbs up to kind chef Ridho whom I found out was a trainee. Keep up the good work! Thanks also to Dwi for helping me out during checkout to name those excellent staff. Some feedback tho, the elevator was really annoying. If you wanna go down, elevator will often stop by some floor without any passenger. That happens because there we 2 sides of elevator with 2 separate buttons in every floor, people will press both and see which elevator comes first. One morning I had to stop by 11, 8, 5 but no one there. Another one, the hairdyer in my room only work for 1 minute. I had to wait for another few minutes for it to work again. Nevertheless, again, I had a memorable experience. The room was amazing, so was the view. Hope to come back soon.
