Hotel was situated in a great spot in the town of Makarska. The room was clean and had a large balcony. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. We found a local taxi driver that was prepared to drive us from Makarska to Montenegro. His name was Marin and he was a delight. Explaining history along the way.

Great hotel. Modern, spacious clean room with a nice, convenient little terrace. Great breakfast buffet, various warm and cold options. Excellent location - at the beach and in the center. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby many bars and cafes.

Comfortable beds. Good location. Breakfast had quite good selections, three types of eggs and nuts included. But no fresh vegetables, just oily cooked ones. Water coming from coffee machine was dirty. Our bathroom door handle was broken. We informed the reception and they said someone will come have a look at it. Not sure if anyone ever came, but the handle wasn’t fixed. Terrace at mountain view room was big but had barely any view of the mountain. No kettle at rooms. When we were leaving (11:30 a.m) there was no one at the reception and no one came even though we rang the bell three times. Not nice when we were in a hurry to catch the bus.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Makarska! I tried to find a flaw, but this hotel has none. It simply has everything that a traveler and guest deserves.It provides a sence of freedom throughout the stay.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a suite. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom and rooms need refurbishment though, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good although there are flies and this needs to be addressed. Staff was helpful and arranged a transfer for us. Makarska is beautiful and really worth a visit while in Croatia.

We just had lunch in Hotel Biokovo in their restaurant, food was just ok, and the service was terrible - we were served by a young man in his 20s, no customer service at all, zero points. If you can, avoid this place because of the money that you going to spend here, you can easily get better service and go way cheaper in the area but not this place. I wish that I knew this before sitting down. Not friendly and very expensive, they force you to buy bottled water. I would give them zero stars if I could.

We were waiting for the waiter 25minutes and then one terrible waiter told us: We were busy, who cares. That was so rude from them! Food was okay at all. They are screaming ad baking oven bcs they were having card machine issue, tbh we won’t come here again!

Hotel in a great location; facing the marina as well as the river shuttle disembarkation dock. Gravel beach either 500 meters to the left or right, the hotel does not provide beach towels. Room not very big but just ok for two people. Very soft beds, fridge that only has the name (does not cool), unsecured wifi, central air conditioning that decides the temperature you need for you (24 degrees), not very comfortable for me. Good soundproofing, TV with few channels. Decent breakfast, you have to ask for the empty dishes to be restocked, otherwise they don’t see it…

Good location in the heart of the Makarska Marina. Normal breakfast. Fair room, we had views of the Marina but on the first floor there is little to see. The mini bar did not work, it did not cool and when we mentioned it at reception they shrugged their shoulders and told us that's what it was. Full hotel parking, blue parking zone and the closest parking are €24 per day. Soft bed and pillows.
