This hotel has great potential but feels neglected. Cleaner bathrooms and regular outdoor maintenance would make a big difference. The surrounding streets are also littered, and an area cleanup would help. On the plus side, the staff is polite, and the restaurant food is okay. While the property is nice, hygiene is a concern, like the stinky dustbin kept in the stairs that took us to our room. So it was difficult to cross that part. For a hotel of this level, cleanliness should be a top priority. The coffee shop could also use an update. It’s fine for a short stay but could be much better with improved maintenance.

The hotel room lacked maintenance. The washroom was dirty and even the swimming pool was not clean. It is a nice property but it needs to improve on service and maintenance. The food was great!

Property location was excellent, just 400 meters from the colva beach, serene location, very nice swimming pool, families were enjoying pool with kids, nice design rooms with balcony, nice breakfast and food, billiards table, fast room service.

Great stay … definitely going back. Was the best place to stay with family/friends, the hotel provided good food and was clean and hygienic. Food was great and room service was to the point. We really appreciated the overall services and hospitality. Must say it’s a neat & clean Property with excellent staff service. Beaches were available at close proximity. Value for money! FROM THE RECEPTION MR. RAJENDER PATRA - a very special thanks who did exceptionally well and take good care of each and every guest and excellent hospitality..

Hotel room was clean and room service was acceptable. The food was in good taste. Need to improve on amenities maintenance like swimming pool, gym etc

The room was really pathetic and there many cracks on the tiles. Initially when we entered there was a bad smell, and the rooms were unused for so long. Later the flush stopped working and till we checked out the flush was not fixed. The breakfast served was pathetic and caused food poisoning. Even though laundry were added they were too lazy to do it and said we does not provide. Overall it was a really bad experience and waste of money.
