房間與圖片嚴重不符，到了房間空調開了半天沒反應，打電話去前台不能換房，到了酒店説是那家酒店沒有房間。叫我到隔壁幾個門面的二樓去，浴室還有前面客人的垃圾沒有收走，看圖。謹慎購買，早上退房，前台在睡覺，退房都不會問一下，房卡丟前台就走了，枕頭高的無法入睡
