The hotel is quite basic, but it was clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need, including a bed, a small desk, a TV, and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was small but adequate. The entrance patio gives the hotel a nice luminosity, and the cafe by the lobby was good for a drink. The bartender was very kind and friendly. The location is close to the highway next to an industrial area, and there is a small mall nearby, but there is not much to do around. Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel, it is a good option for business travelers who need to be around and for budget travelers who are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Madrid.

Awful. The toilet was full of hair. Gross!!!!! The entire hotel needs renovation and it's not their fault that the rooms face a gas station. But a dirty toilet is not acceptable in any hotel, especially in a 4*. It's worse than a bad roadside hotel. The only good thing, the receptionists, very polite and attentive.

The hotel does not meet the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are old, ancient and worn. They are in dire need of renovation. It is so thin that you can almost hear your neighbors breathing. Breakfast is completely self-service and has a very small selection. If you don't absolutely have to, I would avoid the hotel.

I can't understand why it has 4 stars, nor can I believe that the opinions are so positive. It's a disaster, the bathroom door chipped everywhere, cracks in the walls, stains on the paint, scant and poor breakfast... I can't say anything positive.

Last Friday we celebrated our wedding at the hotel. And everything I can write in this review is positive. From the first moment I had the feeling of professionalism and that the objective was to please the client, making everything easy for us. For us it has been a success to choose them. Both the director and all the staff work with the same good energy and that in the end is what is transmitted, especially on such a special day.
