This hotel is 5 minutes walk to metro station. But the train carriage is very old and has no air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and speaks fluent English.

Hotel was ok for its price, nearby metro, bus and international bus station. Bald guy at the counter was a bit rude: didn't want to open the door while we were ringing (while he literally saw us and another couple ringing the door). After ringing the phone twice he was dumbfounded to realise it was me calling that damn phone.
Other people were ok. Hotel was ok but bit sketchy

Plus:
I like that it is a self sufficient hotel apartment. You get basic utensils and microwave if you wish to do some cooking. That's more than what i could ask for and I really enjoy it.
The shower might be Abit small and narrow but it is more than sufficient for one person if you are not six footer and above or doesn't have BMI greater than say 23-25.
Less crowd
Near amenities.
The only short fall is that it is a fair bit of distance from city center. Which is not a bad thing if you prefer something more affordable and slightly away from the busy and craze and crowd of the city. Bakery and a few supermarket (carrefour and auchan is just stone throw away)

Closer to the metro station which helped us to move around Paris. The staff is very nice and polite.
Enjoyed the stay for 2 nights.

Friendly staff. Affordable price. Although it may take you half an hour to the tourist attractions, you can access the metro and bus station in only 6 minutes, which is quite convenient. Recommended!

One man at the reception was aggressive. Rebooked an extra day and ask if they can clean the room for me but he said no they can’t unless I stay for 8 days or More. So I asked what if I checked out and booked that one day will I come to a dirty room. He wasn’t still seeing any reason with me

The location is somewhat close to the metro but a bit far from the city center. The staff did not speak English, and early check-in was not available. The room was relatively clean, though the building and facilities are outdated. Overall, it was good value for the price.
