Had a nice apar**ent perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Parking is charged at €20 a night for small cars so that's something to take into account however everywhere charges for parking in Amalfi.

The property was quite clean and tidy. It was a very short walk to the lido and beach, so that was wonderful. We were on the 5th floor, so the view was also nice. However, there were lots of regulations and "nickel and dime" items that did not seem appropriate. Of course, parking was a fee, but the desk kept our keys, and we had to inform them in advance, if we wanted to take the car out. We gave a deposit (like you do when you rent an apar**ent in the US). Since we kept the property in good condition, it was returned, but that seemed out of the ordinary. We were scolded for bringing coffee into breakfast, but we were paying for the breakfast, regardless of whether we drank their coffee or not. Note that breakfast was NOT included as it was in two other properties we booked in Southern Italy. We also were told we had to borrow towels for the beach from the front desk (and they had a tracking system so we'd be charged if we did not return them to the lobby), but the hotel did not have their beach open and never even informed us of this when we picked up the towels. So, lots of small things that made our overall stay not as great as it certainly could have been.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, the apar**ent was lovely and perfect location. The staff person who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and accomdating. We didn't want to leave.

Me and my family stayed for a week and had it as a base when visting other cities around Maiori and when laying at the beach. Not a very charming apar**ent but sufficient. Missed wine glasses and chopping board in the kitchen. Parking system is messy and no possibility to charge an electric car. Staff is (mostly) friendly but slow...

Nice property, well located. Very good for families because of the full fridge, kitchenette and pool which is a rare commodity when the loungers at the beach are 40 euros!!! Clean, spacious and close walking distance to everything. Very big balcony! The breakfast is fabulous in panorama hotel with a breathtaking view of Ravello and a castle! Our air conditioning was working perfectly. The cons: no sea view, staff friendly but speak limited English and there is a piano school next to it with open windows and you hear a mix of pianos playing that makes it sound like an old movie of Dracula! Lol very annoying when you are relaxing on your balcony or the pool. Also you must know that because it is considered a residence, you must buy your own toilet paper, take out your own garbage and no cleaning lady will come for all your stay (in our case 13 days). But overall a good stay! If you do not mind no sea view, I recommend it!

We had great experience staying at the property! Relaxing vacation for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool downstairs more than the beach/sea.

Spacious apar**ent in quiet situation but still close to all amenities the beach & ferries.

Exactly what we needed for our trip! Location is very convenient to go through the Amalfi Coast.
