I was dubious when I read some of these reviews (after I'd booked) but my experience of this hotel was great. Booked at very short notice and travelling with a dog so they met my needs straight off the bat. Check in was faultless. It's clean, comfortable, we had a very decent sized room, and we could take the dog into the restaurant (we sat outside but it started raining so we were allowed to bring him in). Buffet dinner was perfectly decent, not cheap but when you're tired and hungry, decent hot food and a beer is very welcome. It is away from the city centre which we wanted, as a result it was quiet and peaceful. I can't fault this place, would recommend and we would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Booked at very short notice and we were travelling with a dog, which wasn't a problem. Check in was perfect and efficient, room was a good size and very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant, buffet which was perfectly decent. It is in a quiet area away from the city, which is what we wanted as it provided a peaceful night. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice big room, bed a little too soft, pillows OK. Unfortunately the room wasn't cleaned. Room nice and spacious, bathroom clean. Breakfast too expensive, overall recommendable.

The entrance to the hotel is very inviting. The rooms are good, and big enough. There is no minibar. What is nice is the air conditioning. Of course it was turned off in winter.
The beds are very good, you sleep well.
The breakfast......in the elevator it says "everything you need".
That refers more to the hotel than to the guests' wishes.
The breakfast could definitely be improved. For 19 euros per person you can expect a lot more. Sausage and cheese are of a lower standard. There is a selection, but nothing special.

The heating didn't work at first using the digital thermometer and had to be turned on manually under the table.
There were no towels in the room, only after two calls to reception.
The TV in the room didn't work, and it was also not possible to watch TV in the fitness room because the cable TV was broken there too. The rooms are so loud that you can't get any peace and quiet and hear everything from your neighbor, really everything.
The next morning I checked out immediately and left the hotel.
