This is not a hotel, but a collection of rooms with no amenities whatsoever. You get a key and let yourself in and out. On arrival the front door was locked. I had to go to the restaurant opposite and ask them to call the manager – twice, before he showed up 20 minutes later. The only positive about the small room with small single bed was that it was fairly clean - but completely worn down, scratched, etc. The mattress was a leftover from the 1970s, basically a pit guaranteed to trash your back. The worst small-room lodging I have ever come across – and I've been to a lot of them.
