這個酒店讓人很糾結，三星的房間，五星的早餐和泳池，四星的服務。走進大堂和早餐廳的時候，以為到了一個正常的喜來登海邊度假酒店，進到房間差點沒崩潰，傢俱設施等簡陋、破舊，不舒適，衞中也打掃得不行，衞生間居然還漏水了，洗完澡之後房間的地毯都是濕的，無法匹配3000多一晚上的房價…… 早餐和泳池是非常不錯的，還是很有度假氛圍。自駕停車要收費一晚65AUD，在澳洲不算貴。因為對酒店印象特別不好，一張照片都沒有拍。main beach離看野生袋鼠的公園不遠，對面就是kokomo的觀鯨船碼頭，sea world也很近。

酒店之前應該是有一段很輝煌的歷史，但是現在感覺除了有一個自帶的沙灘外已經落寞了，對面的shopping mall基本上已經很蕭條，很多店都關門了。位置靠的比較裏面離sea world比較近.房間裏面連免費的瓶裝水都沒有，還要花錢買他們的環保杯去走廊裏接水.給的房間，遠離中心位置在一個附樓，樓道非常長，感覺看不到頭。每天從房間走到lobby至少要花10分鐘。房間設施看上去很陳舊，衞生間洗浴龍頭都生銹了。衹有浴缸沒有單獨的淋浴空間。給的房間還是有個連接內門的，最可笑的是有一次下午回來正好碰到打掃衞生的服務員，一個長得像南美裔的男人，看到我們滿臉的不高興，從頭到尾都沒有和我們打過招呼。打開吸塵器吸地板的時候還很無理的往我腳這邊區域猛吸。整個酒店的服務員都很高冷，遇到了連個招呼都不打。除了早餐餐廳裏的服務員還可以，早餐都是比較西式的，可選種類不多。感覺不是很值這個價。

Had a little kid screaming and crying non-stop for a few hours right next door. Made an enquiry to the guest services they were happy to find another room for us. Unfortunately it wasn't as spacious and as well equipped as the room we originally booked but at least we could rest peacefully. Rooms are clean and the resort is very family friendly. You have a beautiful beach just over the fence. The kids really loved the swimming pool.

Attended for a conference and this hotel is seriously impressive. Service was excellent - very friendly staff who all seem willing to help. The rooms are starting to look a little tired (marks on walls and bumps etc on cupboards) but overall it is a nice hotel. Food is good, especially the buffet breakfast. Layout makes it feel private but still with nice views or outlook from each room. If you want a great pool and beach access - this is the place to stay.

酒店走出去有自己的沙灘，非常漂亮而且人很少。房間很大很乾凈，服務一流。早餐品類不多但是很好吃。這個應該是黃金海岸最好的酒店之一了。

房間足夠大，園景也不錯，有大浴缸，走一天回來泡一下比較舒服。來的時候是冬天，沒有在酒店的游泳池裡游泳。最大的優點是離海灘近，海灘很乾凈，有救生員比較安全。早餐質量好，除西餐外有炒飯、米飯和味增湯，酸奶特別好，有無麩質的麪包和小點，還有現場榨蔬果的機器，適合各種人羣的口味。離店時賬單算錯了，及時更改。禮賓部幫忙搬運行李。房間無隔音，走廊有人走過説話能聽到，但總的來説不影響休息。

開始擔心酒店不好，後來覺得是最適合的酒店，就在大海邊，可以看日出，海邊很美，就是黃金海岸的一部分，後來覺得都可以不去別的海邊，不會讓你失望。
