Positives: clean room, comfortable bed, black out curtains, good breakfast. Negatives: Very slow check in; slip mat required in the bath, only one spare pillow.

Clear prioritisation of paying bar guests over hotel guests. Waited 20 minutes to check in, single member of staff behind bar serving people that turned up after us after making eye contact. Dismissing my partners request for service with “just serving some drinks love, be with you in a few minutes”. After telling him it’s not acceptable, offered no solution. Spare pillow case in room seal was broken. Car park is a disaster, not intended for high value cars. Beware!! No intention of returning.

This venue has parking and is five mins from the station and 10 from centre. It is clean and the staff is welcoming. All the usual Continental items but the English breakfast, buffet-style, was quite dry and underwhelming. I prefer the Prem’s where breakfast is cooked to order.

I was staying while working locally, the staff in particular couldn’t have been more helpful, I had an issue externally with my work and they bent over backwards to help when they had no need to. By far the best premier inn I’ve stayed at. 10/10

Stayed here for 3 nights while working at the Kent County Show. Premier Plus room was comfortable and quiet, got a good night’s sleep each evening. Meal deal included breakfast (great eggs!), and evening meals. Good selection available, the pizza was surprisingly good. Staff were all great, especially Paula, who was an absolute superstar - friendly, helpful and just lovely! Recommended.

Comfy bed and pillows as always, was a very hot evening, thankfully there was air con. We stayed here after a party and was very welcomed by staff at reception. There was a fee to park but this was waived by the staff at reception on the day which was a nice touch!
