This Spa hotel was amazingly wonderful.
Location: 20mins walk from Taplow station, driving will be much more convenient but walking also works, it’s quiet and peaceful along the way.
Building: was super beautiful with a huge yard, love the decorations.
Facilities: went for Spa but also surprised by the brand new elegant sauna room, so superior!! Super clean.
Service: very friendly, went there on Tuesday night and it was very quiet, all staff were friendly.
Had an amazing night there with friend, will definitely come back!!

Nice location near to where we needed to be.
Service could be better, reception unmanned sometimes to have to look around for check in etc which took a while.
Breakfast was nice and that service was great.

Lovely place and nice grounds. Clean rooms. Large outdoor spa pool. Very relaxing. Wonderful breakfast. Reception area is a little odd, just a table in the hallway. But otherwise great stay.

A great hotel with a great environment and friendly staff.
There is a small hot spring (actually a small swimming pool) with free fruit tea and fruits.
There are many places to play around, suitable for driving or cycling
The only drawback I feel is that the bed is a bit small. It was a bit crowded for the two of us to sleep. It was described as a twin room but in fact the bed was very small.
Breakfast was great! Highly recommended! Perfect English breakfast

I always have such a lovely time at Taplow House and Spa. All the staff here are so lovely and the both the facilities and treatments at the spa are brilliant! A special thank you to Bay (especially for my hot chocolates :)) and Kiki who are always so welcoming and kind!

I went with a friend on a Friday afternoon for a few hours at the Taplow House Spa. It was a really good experience overall, very relaxing atmosphere and views. I had a 1-hour Spa treatment, a drift away massage, given by Keanna (Kiki) and it was absolutely wonderful. The massage was firm but relaxing and Kiki concentrated in some of the painful points on my back, which really helped me. I would really recommend this treatment and this place.

Very disappointing with the substandard facilities we encountered during our recent visit to Taplow House on 17 January, what we experienced was far from satisfactory. To begin with, it was very cold in the spa area. The facilities were 1x hot tub that was luke warm and covered in shingle stones at the bottom making it very uncomfortable. There is 1x sauna. There was no area to lie down, relax and read a book, there was only mediocre seating that made it impossible to unwind. The locker room was cold and very cramped. Given the high cost of our “4 hour” experience I expected much better facilities. These issues not only diminished our experience but also made me question the value for money for what was a half day for essentially a sauna and a sub standard hot tub.
