Glamp Element - Campground

服務不錯，環境舒服，唯有些工作人員在英語溝通上尚待改善

My first glamping trip! I was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately it was raining and cloudy... I was worried that I wouldn't be able to enjoy it, but I was able to borrow playing cards from the front desk, and I had a great time playing the local board game Carrom in the free space! The twin dome I stayed in this time also had a projector, so I was able to enjoy the Switch I brought with me on the big screen. They also prepared afternoon tea for rainy days only, which was a nice surprise! Dinner was also voluminous and delicious, and I was also grateful that I could choose between Japanese and Western breakfast. Since the twin dome is a tent, there was only one light, so I felt that it was a little lacking in brightness at night, but the villa looked bright even from the outside. There was only a shower in the tent, so I walked to the large public bath nearby. It may not be a problem on a sunny day, but on a rainy day, depending on the location of the room you stay in, you may have to walk a little and catch a cold after taking a bath. However, it's rare to walk in the rain, so in a way I think it's unrealistic and enjoyable! We had a small child with us, but we walked to the room and the staff adjusted their pace to suit the child and also participated in the child's conversation, which made the child look very happy. We were very satisfied with the friendly and pleasant service. There are a wide variety of rooms, so we would like to try out other rooms!

From the moment I entered the entrance, I was impressed by the polite service of the staff! I stayed at Raindrop this time, and there was no clock or TV, so I was able to forget about time and enjoy an extraordinary world with my friends. There was a wide variety of canoes, golf, and board games, so I was able to have many first-time experiences and spend a very elegant time. The staff took care of everything from preparing the meals to cleaning up afterwards, and they were very considerate. All the dishes were elaborate, and I was very satisfied with the quality, quantity, and appearance! The drink bar, soft serve ice cream, and coffee were also well-equipped, which I personally appreciated. The toilets and hot spring facilities were clean, and hygiene was thoroughly managed, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. All the facilities were clean and comfortable, and I was impressed and grateful for the staff's service, service, food, accommodations, and space! This is a place I would definitely like to stay at again!!!

蛍が見れる時期に合わせて友人と子供とヴィラで宿泊させていただきました。子供たちは階段や上にあるネットが張ってある遊び場に大興奮でカヌーやパターゴルフ、レンタルで初めてのグッズに大はしゃぎでした。静かに過ごしたい方達にはご迷惑だったかもしれませんのでごめんなさい。それくらい子供たちは楽しくて満喫しておりました。朝ごはんは和食も選べて夜も丁度良い量でサービスも良く満足でした。花火も指定の場所ですることができて、ゴミも置き場があり、そのまま温泉にも行けて良かったです。親切な心配りに感謝です。バーでは飲み放題やフロントではアイスの食べ放題が個人的にとても好きです。また行きたいです。ありがとうございました。

雨が降ったり止んだりのあいにくのお天気でしたが、お部屋でゆっくり過ごせました。食事も移動もなく家族だけで静かにゆったりいただけて、熱いものは熱く冷たい物は冷たく、本当に美味しかったです。 夜はバーでドリンクをテイクアウトさせていただき、散歩を楽しみました。 普段と全く違う静かで自然豊かな場所で何もしないでゆっくりできる、最高な贅沢をさせていただきました。スタッフの方々も丁寧で感じの良い方ばかりでした。ぜひまた伺いたいです。
