Experience was great! Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, sheets and blankets were clean & the bathroom and kitchen were in great shape. There were tv remotes in both rooms this time and I was very pleased with the breakfast options. Everyone was kind. Thank you to the property & I am really looking forward to my next stay coming up very soon....

Stay wasn’t bad, it was great either but could have been better. There were some issues with the room. First the safety latches on the door were a little shaky due to overuse, the glassware in the cabinet were really dirty and lastly there was a cockroach on the wall the first night…..had to quickly and quietly get rid of it.

Friendly staff. Great service. Only wish coffee was better but it was your typical hotel coffee. Rooms functioned really well for my entire family. We had a bunch of suites for a family event.

The front desk was very attentive and helpful. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved immediately and beyond our expectations.

Bugs in the room and shower. Very musty smell. Not enough towels and pillows so we called the front desk and waited... and waited... After 30 minutes we called again and were told they were not aware.

We were told when checking in that breakfast ended at 10:00, but when we showed up at 9:00 the staff was taking everything down. I showed her my watch and mentioned that breakfast was supposed to go for another hour, she argued with me and continued to remove all food and drink from the station. She said that during holidays they closed at 9:30. I said, “ok, but it’s only 9:00”. At that point she grudgingly said she would make me some scrambled eggs. Very rude.

Side door key entry did not work even after we reported it not functioning. Very inconvenient for luggage transport and gaining acces to the room. Staff not very friendly or helpful. For a Hilton property, it did not meet my expectations.

I love having a kitchen in the room. The staff was great (Friendly and helpful). The breakfast, I thought is better than most hotel breakfasts with a large variety including fruit. I've stayed here a few different times and have always had a good experience.
