Right on the highway with road noise higher than what would be appropriate to sleep.

Nice and clean!

No noise when we are together

Very close to the New York Outlets. The room is very new and the bed is very comfortable. I stay here every time I visit the outlets.

The hygiene and service were disappointing for the price, but it was good for a day's stay. There are no disposable items such as slippers or toothbrushes, so take them with you.

I have never seen a towel so dirty, it's all sunscreen, there's hair everywhere,,,

There should a time posted at the bistro dining area. I also think it should be open longer for breakfast than 10am. Need a thermostat in the fitness center, it was a little warm while working out. The place was very clean staff was nice. Very happy with our stay.

We had an overnight stay at Courtyard by Marriott Mahwah for a family event. The reception at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also had snacks at the bar where the service was great. We would use the hotel again.

Lazaria, the front desk person seemed like she could care less about what I needed. This person should be behind a desk and not in contect with people!! Basically i asked for a cart to carry luggage to my room. She grunted out "at the end of the hall way" I asked which way? her reply was either so I went to the right side and nothing, the I walked to the other side and nothing there either. I want back to ask for help and this time she said down by the elevator so I walked to the right and all the way down the hall to the elevator and NO cart! I went back to the front dest and asked for help... she shrugged her shoulders and was not willing to do anything. I will NEVER stay at this location again!

Just an overnight stop before heading into NYC but the room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Very clean and lovely lobby area to hang out. Friendly staff at the bistro counter. Staff at check in were a bit unhelpful and unconcerned.

The room smelled of cigarette although I asked for non smoking. The rug in the room was stained with red dots that looked like blood stains. We didn’t get our room cleaned nor did we get fresh extra towels. I booked a room with “city view” but instead faced the inside of the courtyard. I wouldn’t book here again. It’s nothing like how it was advertised

Decided to stay over there to have a break from the city life and relax. The place was quiet and well maintained. That was a wonderful time.

They had to change us to other room because refrigerator not worked. Then they charge me $20.00 for 2 water bottles. When I called them they said they charged 2 beers.
