The rooms weren't very comfortable, but the food and cleanliness were good. Cleaning was done daily, and towels were changed. The sea is very rocky, with rocks in the sea. You could break your foot. The entertainment program is limited. Eat, drink, and swim in the pool.

I had a fantastic time at Prestige Alanya! One of the absolute highlights of my stay was Team S and the animation team. They were truly amazing — so energetic, kind, and fun. They didn’t just entertain, they really created a personal connection with the guests. You could feel that they genuinely cared and wanted everyone to have a great time. The evening shows were also excellent, with a great mix of humor, dance, and performance. Every night was different and full of good vibes! The hotel itself is very well located — the swimming pool is just a short walk away, super easy to access. The food was also really good with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. I was never bored with the meals! The pool area is clean and relaxing, and the gym is also well-equipped for a good workout, which was important to me during the stay. All in all, this was a perfect vacation. If you’re looking for a place with great staff, good food, fun entertainment, and everything within walking distance — Prestige Alanya is the place to be. Highly recommended!

If you’re English I’d avoid it. Russians and Germans rudest people I’ve ever encountered and this place is full of them ! Facilities are ok Food is ok but no theme nights and same thing every night. Gets boring by the end of the week. Also queuing is pointless and Russians will just push in anyway. Snack time Kebabs you will queue for 2 hours and after doing so I got binned off with a Burger as they’d given people all the meat. One person walked away with 6 kebabs !!! Ice cream queues are also huge. Bar staff are friendly apart from the old guy who is miserable and unapproachable. Alcohol was very weak and didn’t feel like I’d had a drink all week ! Pool area is nice and slides are fun. Lifeguard just blows his whistle and shouts at you to get of the way if you don’t leave the bottom of the slide within 2 seconds. Evening entertainment is on very late and leaves much to be desired. Location is crap and is over 2 hours from Alanya airport. You have to travel to go anywhere. Beach is pebbles and not great

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming – check-in was smooth and fast. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and everything was always perfectly maintained. The food was absolutely delicious – such a wide variety at every meal, with fresh options and something for every taste. The beach was just perfect: clean, relaxing, and well-organized with enough sunbeds for everyone. We also enjoyed the spa area – the sauna and hammam were a wonderful way to relax. There were plenty of fun activities like tennis, beach volleyball, and even organized nights out to local clubs, which made the experience even more exciting. The hotel’s location was also excellent – close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and calm. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Everything was top-notch and truly unforgettable. Highly recommended – I would come back in a heartbeat!

Avoid this hotel if your anything other than Russian. I only say this as I’ve never been met by so many Rude and obnoxious people. Love holidays mis-sold our room. Firstly many rooms have no balcony, including our room. The room itself was not cleaned to a great standard. The shower had smearing on the tiles and the waste bin was full of sanitary products. The sheets were changed once in 7 days. Outside our room was a leak of putrid water attracting mosquitoes so we couldn’t have the doors open. We were led to believe by pictures there was a double and a single bed and a balcony with refurbished room. This was not so and myself and sister had to share the one bed. No television signal. The hotel manager literally turned his back on our complaint and left his receptionist to explain it was the holiday providers fault. No good too us at 3 in the morning! The situation of the hotel is not central to anything and the life around it isn’t much. Food was good but again ruined by rude people and the beach with its own sunbeds and bar. This hotel is also 3 hours away from Antalya airport… bit of a drag. Please believe the reviews from the English if your are also English.

We spent 10 really nice days in this hotel. All praise to the entire staff, the varied and delicious food, the cleanliness, the animation program, the service worthy of the name all inclusive, in fact there is nothing that I would not rate as excellent. We really recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back. Thank you for a great vacation.

We had good holidays with our Family. Everyone can find something for himseves. Turkish food is really delicious in this hotel. Hammam and massage were pure luxus and Animation team, swimming guard and all from hotelservice were rally nice and symphathics! They took care of us and we felt really good!
