Good hotel. Hammam, sauna, fitness were working. The food is normal. The interior, the color of the walls is dark, is not for everyone.

From the start, friendly staff at reception and easy to check in, the rooms are cleaned daily to a very good standard, the all inclusive drinks and the food evenly as good especially in the snack bar, the staff couldn’t do more to help. The beach is just a 1 minute walk with and all inclusive bar and platform for people to relax on or to jump into the sea. The local area is also nice with loads of restaurants. The only thing that did annoy me was the transfer here taking around 3.5 hours. I’d recommend getting a private talk to cut it down to 2 hours. But overall a very good hotel and for the price that I paid I couldn’t ask for any more.

hey we came here like 7 days ago first time we was scared about hotel comments but here is like paradise all animators is best them is talking with u all the time they wanna play games always and them is so kind we got some problems about busy pool busy bar but animators is alwyas playing and u cant sleep so its doesnt matter :)))) thanks grand santaba thanks best animators

First of all-I kindly want to thank for all stuff. People are so very good and helpfull there. It was busy holiday time, a lot of people, but stuff always smile, helping with all your needs, no unhappy faces at all. Animators team just great, boys and the girl doing their best. Receptionists always are ready to help in any questions. Very good place, not in overcrowded city center, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants, when you go out. Rooms are good, common places very , there are some shops inside. Teritorry are big enought, but not too big. Pools just great, my son could not get out of children pool, where are waters slides. Main pool very big, there are also very small one for the youngest ones. Food very tasty, always have a lot choose, what to eat. And the very very special place is terrace, where you can have dinner with amazing view of sunset.

We are still enjoying our holiday at Senza Grand Santana Hotel. We did an early check-in, which came with a fee, but that’s standard policy. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh supplies of shampoo and shower gel. The minibar is stocked with drinks, and the restaurant food has been fantastic with great variety, though I’d suggest adding toast. The beach bar offers free water and beer, while fancy drinks cost extra. The pool bar, pool cafe and patisserie ensure you’re never hungry. Our sea-view room is peaceful, and the spa experience has been incredible. The hotel is exactly as advertised! ❤️

Senza Grand Santana Hotel 5 star. Very dated room with a horrible musky Odor smell in the Room, and the bathroom was dark and dingy. Room 1606. Breakfast as you can see from the photo’s disgusting. Could not find anything to eat. Looking at the Hotel website the Hotel rooms, and food looks good and even the review make it sound so much better than it was. I can only presume that they have written their own reviews Asked to change hotel and were given the option of a sister hotel At an extra over cost of £1035. (A joke). We arrived on the 5th July 2024 at 5am in the morning and left by 12am on the same day moving to another hotel. We cancelled are room with the Hotel manager and he organised a taxi for us. When we got home, we were told that the Hotel had insisted that we had stayed the full ten days, we then sent proof that we had checked into another hotel that was reduced to three days, but in fact we only stayed for a few hours. Once we left Senza Grand Santana Hotel, we moved into White City Beach Hotel 4 star and had no problems at all.
