the food is very bad

The food was amazing with all the different kinds of sweets, the animators were awesome. Had so much fun by the pool with free drinks. The hotel has a mesmerizing view of the sea. Also the kids’ animators were so much fun. I certainly would come back. 100% recommend staying here.

Following on from my previous review… I forgot to mention that SUNSTAR Resort also have entertainment every evening for all the family so whether you’re travelling alone or with the kids The SunStar is the place to be as it has facilities for everyone and accommodates all who stay there. Thanks again SunStar. You’re the best, so my fellow travellers please don’t settle for any less.

Really nice hotel. We enjoyed the moment at the hotel, everything was organised. The hotel is close the beach. The swimming pool is nice. Innocent was so kind and funny as well, he helped as a lot , I am planning to come back again with my friends. Thanks suntar see you later.

Where do I begin. A week from hell. I go to Turkey every year and never experienced anything like it. Firstly, I booked a package holiday with love holidays. The transfer stated it would take 2 hours yet took 5 hours. The driver was falling asleep at the wheel, had so many near misses and he didn’t know where he was going. When arriving to the hotel I wasn’t greeted with any respect. Erol was working on reception and was so unprofessional and spoke to us with no respect and slammed a piece of paper infront of me which stated that our travel agency hadn’t paid the hotel therefore we could not stay and had to pay. At this moment in time he hadn’t even asked for our names or any booking information, this was also prior to love holidays announcing their third part holiday had claimed involvecy. I’m not sure if this was because we was English as another couple that came and checked in wasn’t English and had booked with love holidays and checked in with no problems. I flew from the UK and another couple was on our transfer. Luckily I had all my booking information and confirmation of details on me as I proved I had paid etc. unlike the couple that was on our flight they didn’t have any documents on them and their phone had died. Erol then suddenly found my booking information and checked us in. Unlike the other couple that was on the same flight he told them to leave and they wasn’t welcomed as they needed to pay a fee. He then refused to let them in. We then had 4 power cuts in less than 24 hours. You don’t have any drinks in your room fridge unlike other 5* hotels. You have to pay to use their towels. They only have one bar and soft drinks are poured from bottles and not on draft. The food is shocking, luckily we found an amazing restaurant called Jacks that was a 10/15 min walk away and they was so welcoming and the food was amazing there unfortunately we only found this restaurant on our last few days. The food in the actual hotel was a disgrace and not much to choose from, I felt I lived off rice and bread. Entertainment was poor and majority of staff didn’t speak good english.

Had a nice week away here . Staff such as Innocent and Ef were very friendly and used to chat to you to make you feel welcome. The Dj always had a good playlist to make you want to get up and dance. The staff at the bar were always trying to be quick to make sure the drinks were being served as quick as possible. I was a bit apprehensive about the food as I had read previous reviews. But we actually enjoyed the food, lots of healthy options and salad. The staff in the kitchen were always trying to make sure the food was replenished. The restaurant mangers could smile to welcome guests as they were very Stoney faced most of the time. Most times as it got busier there were queues lining up for food, but a lot of the mains were on a side part of the restaurant. Which we later found out the last few days. Saves on queuing. It would be helpful if guests knew this instead of everyone waiting in one long queue. Our room was clean when we arrived but the bed sheets did not get changed once since we had got there. I even went as going as making sure the bed was unmade. Hoping she would take the hint but the sheets were never changed. Which I did feel for the housekeeper as it looked like there was one house keeper working the whole floor. But other than that there were always 2 toilet rolls refilled. Air conditioning was nice and cool. Could do with more sun loungers. As I didn’t fancy getting up earlier just to secure a sunbed. Only downside is it’s nearly 3 hours away from the airport. Which after plane delays makes the journey more tiring.

Everything is so wonderful restaurant is so delicious eating I like this item and I want to come back here.Also do Ahmet is the best every time he is putting good music And the animation every time funny and they are so kinds workers.Thank you very much sunstar

Sunstar is a good hotel, the entertainment is amazing 😍 . İnnocent made our day better, more interesting than we expected. He was friendly. And helpful. Sunstar is close to the beach wjihich make it even much better. Nice food , nice swimming pool, etc.

friendly staff - innocent was my favourite made us feel happy and at ease ! great music & food i like the pool game the mini club is very nice, enjoy pools , great entertainment , hotel close to the beach walking distance , good kids pools , everything is close by, i will definitely come back again and tell my friends about it.
