the food is very bad

This hotel fell well below our expectations despite it saying it was a "5 star hotel". The staff hardly speak English and this was very surprising considering this was very much in a touristic area. The family room for 5 ( 2 adults and 3 young kids) that I booked was far too small and the cleanliness is not great too. The biggest disappointment is the food and drink. The buffet food is pretty much the same everyday with slight changes. Furthermore, the food is not labelled with what dish it is or if you have allergies to certain things but when asking the chefs behind the counter they didn't fully understand. Also when it dinner time especially, everyone is so selfish and greedy with food and just load up multiple plates with no intention of finishing the dishes so alot of food was wasted. Also there is no order or manners within the hotel as the concept of queuing up for your turn is alien to alot of people. The staff working seemed miserable with no engagement or smiling and this was very evident. The kids entertainment by the motorway is not secure enough as one night there was a child that went missing for a period of time but luckily found after. They need to secure the doors for key card access to leave/enter as anyone can come or go. I also feel as this is predominantly a family hotel, they should think about a lifeguard by the pools and not just singers/dancers. Also, on the last night me and my wife went to the clothes shop by the photo booth. We were told of some prices by an elderly man who was stocking items. Later on, once we had chosen some items a younger gentleman appeared and was disputing every price we were told and was very argumentative. In the end, he was telling us to go so the 7/8 items I chose to buy, I left as I was astounded by how rude and how unfriendly he was being. The cherry on the cake was I informed reception that if someone could help me with my luggage as I had to check out at 4am. I was told this wouldn't be a problem as they is someone covering the reception 24/7. When I called someone at 345am, I was told they were the only one working and then hung up. It is this type of bad service I became accustomed to Turkey in general and this hotel in particular.

Unfortunately, the reality fell far short and did not meet even 4-star standards. Several issues severely impacted our stay: Airport Transfer: Upon arrival, we waited over an hour as we were left off the transfer list, despite showing our booking documents. This was a frustrating start. Unexpected Charges During Transfer: On both arrival and departure, we were taken to a stop where we had to pay €6 for one dürüm and €3 for one scoop of ice cream—totaling €18 for two dürüm and two scoops for my children. These charges were unexpected, paid in cash, and no receipts were provided. Swimming Pool: The pool was very small and overcrowded, with no space to swim or relax. Sunbeds were unavailable, and the area was poorly managed. Dining Facilities: There were not enough tables for all guests during lunch and dinner, causing long waits. Beach Access: The sea was unusable due to large stones, making entry unsafe. Room Conditions: Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The jacuzzi on our balcony didn’t work and was described as “decorative only.” Bathroom: The shower didn’t drain properly, causing water to build up during use. Hygiene: Many plates were chipped or broken. I scratched my finger on one, which is unacceptable from a safety standpoint. All-Inclusive Misrepresentation: Despite booking an all-inclusive package, we were repeatedly charged for items that should have been included: Ice cream for children was never free (charged €2–€3 depending on staff, paid in cash, no receipts). Alcoholic drinks at the beach were charged at €3 per bottle. Turkish coffee, initially included, was removed from the offer on day two. Staff said “too many people were asking for it,” and began charging €3 per cup (again, paid in cash with no receipt). Food was repetitive and of poor quality. If you arrived late, very little was left. This experience was far from the luxurious and relaxing holiday we were promised. The misrepresentation of the hotel’s quality and the misleading “all-inclusive” offer left us extremely disappointed.

We booked this otel two months ago low price it was really cheap. Otel not 5 star but for this price is good .At the bar drinks is not good but ok.Reastaurant fotod are everytime look like same but goo.The best things is dj(Ahmed) and anomation teame in this otel.I will come back here again

Rooms: The hotel feels old and used. The rooms are 3 star standard. Food: The food was up and down, mostly down. The dinner was quite good with barbeque every night and the pool lunch area had good pizzas and ok food. But lunch in restaurant and dinner was not good standard. We were there for two weeks, my kids did not like any of the food almost. It was very often cold, just because they just serve everything in mass with no planning or the likes. Gym and Pool: They claim to have a gym, but has basically nothing in there, not even aircondition was working. They had one treadmill that was not activated, only total of 3 weights. There was something with the water in the pool that was off. All children and other children in families we talked to had a bad stomach for at least a few days. Other children that had not been in the pool a lot, more in the ocean were doing fine. All in all, dont book this and expect 5 star hotel, it is 3 star and you have to argue with the hotel about different things like towels, cleaning, pool etc. Location: 20 min by taxi to Alanya city, my suggestion is, pay more and book a real 4 star hotel with great reviews closer to the city.
