Плюсы отеля: - располагается в центре города, рядом с пешеходной улицей, театрами, музеями и всей инфраструктурой; - отель находится в одном здании с торговым центром, без кино и еды не остаться; - есть лифт. В номерах на верхних этажах хороший вид на город; - в целом неплохие номера с современным интерьером, есть всё необходимое, включая чайник с чаем и кофе, минибар за дополнительную плату, кондиционер, телевизор, рабочий стол, 2 кресла с журнальный столом, сейф; в ванной шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, также можно попросить на ресепшн другие гигиенические принадлежности; - нормальный завтрак на 1 этаже. Особо без изысков, всё простое: мясная, сырная, овощная нарезки, оливки, салат, яйца в разных видах, гречка, сосиски, драники, жареная картошка, по паре видов хлеба и выпечки, хлопья, орехи, сухофрукты, соки, вода, молоко, джемы, чай, кофе из кофемашины; - не пользовался, но есть SPA на - 1 этаже, включено в стоимость проживания; - достаточно чисто, но не везде; - хорошая скорость интернета. Минусы отеля: - отсутствие бесплатной парковки для тех, кто оплачивает бронирование через интернет. Учитывая немалую стоимость проживания, можно было бы и предоставлять её всем гостям. Стоимость 20 BYN в сутки. Но при этом, если оплачивать номер через ресепшн, то парковка бесплатная. Судя по всему, просто включают в цену. Мелочность, на мой взгляд. - в номерах местами потрескалась штукатурка. Особо на эстетику не влияет, но тем не менее; - посредственная уборка в ванной комнате: разводы на полу, стенах и дверях. Впервые встречаю, чтобы лосьон для тела достался мне от предыдущих гостей, уже бывший в использовании; - эргономика и средства для мытья в той же душевой. Руководство отеля, видимо, серьёзно считает, что маленькое мыло удобно складывать в мыльницу с отверстиями в 2 раза больше него. Гель для душа очень плохо пенится, как и мыло для рук.

Для могилевчан в этом отеле есть специальное предложение со скидкой 15%. Номера чистые, отель новый, администраторы всегда помогут, подскажут :) Ходили в СПА, большое разнообразие бань, бассейн, спа бар. Ресторан тоже хороший, брали проживание с завтраками (шведский стол) Думаем приехать ещё на новый год! Безусловно лучший отель города

Приезжаем уже не впервый раз! Бронировали два номера, т.к.ехали семьей с детьми, но при заселении нам предложили двухкомнатный номер на четверых, который получился дешевле! Номер прекрасный, чистый и светлый, с хорошим видом из окна. Очень понравились большие окна, от них много света, к тому же можно любоваться городом.В номере есть бар и сейф). Ресторан отличный, завтракали там, причем младшей дочке готовили отдельно сырники и кашу ( детское меню). А для остальных завтрак был в формате шведского стола. Обслуживание не навязчивое, что для меня важно. Детям очень понравилось в спа, отдыхали там каждый день. Всем кто бывает в Могилеве - однозначно советую. Аналогов нет! Спасибо персоналу за радушие и хороший прием!

Расположение отеля в центре города, номер современный, уютный и чистый, со всем необходимым. Вид из окна шикарный.Персонал вежлив и приветлив- это чувствуешь с первой минуты. В спа зоне несколько разнообразных саун и комфортная температура в бассейне. Нам очень понравилось.

Могилев - наш родной город, и почти каждую осень мы приезжаем сюда. Хочу сказать спасибо всей команде отеля, европейский уровень, персонал приветливый, номера идеально чистые! Спа зона на 4ку, нам не хватило света и пространства)) но в целом, как услуга которая входит в стоимость - очень приятно. Всем кто бывает в этом городе - однозначно советую! Аналогов здесь нет. Ещё раз спасибо !
