This hotel definitely is not 5 stars maybe 2 stars. Just I'm back from there and was very bad holiday. Entrance nice beach nice but the rooms very oribil dirty no pillow cover no fridge no kettle no clean towels bathroom very dirty and old. Food same every day and not fresh. Drinks very poorly. I was very disappointed because I expected to be nice like 5 stars but not. Staff not friendly. This picture is from my room 521. I asked more people there and 99% said was like a shok for them because normally for 5 stars you expect nice and clean. Entertainment so so . Never back there

Very happy, read awful reviews before coming and I need to say some people are just d…s It’s a poor country with a 5 star hotel which means it’s really a 2-3 in Europe You get exactly what you pay for and our stay was fabulous and yours will be too if you take a stick out of your butt. Staff is great, friendly and will do anything for you ,they really try their best with limited resources. We wanted for nothing during our stay. If you want luxury and fluffy towels go and book most expensive one. But at the end of the day you will be under exactly the same sun surrounded by the same people. We will be back in October :) Josseff - big thanks for all the superb activities:) Ps. Please be nice to locals - seen loads of rude behaviour towards staff which is totally unacceptable. Simple please and thank you :) Or be like us :) we know most of staff by name now great way of exploring and widening your horizons:) Learning about culture and having a great crack

We spent 6 nights here, and 6 at El Mouradi Djerba, they are incomparable and the difference is only 1 star, EM Mahdia is much better. Giving 1 star less than "excellent" because of limited number of pancakes in all inclusive 5 star hotel, 2 per person in the afternoon, so far this was unthinkable! for me, and because we had to steal sugar from tables in the restaurant for morning coffee, and there was no honey next to tea, so it was a search & chase op every time. Beach staff was lovely and helpful, they recognised us from the last year when we were staying in One Resort El Mansour. They made us feel welcome!

Beach is good, food is good. Animation on the hotel is amazing, animators is so proffesional. Rooms is good. Sea is amazing. Animators on pool is so good. Clean service is so good. Celners is best on the world. Pancakes is so good. And for the end all is good

We really like the animatiom team, but reception very bad service. The hotel looks really beautiful outside, the rooms not so much. The animatiom team really nice and funny, we love Akram. He give such positive vibe, every day. Akram we see that you love your job. You have your heart in the right place :)))

I like this hotel, it has very nice people. Good good, big pool and cute rooms. Its my second time now, still like it. The animation if very fun, yesterday there was a whole “band” with people playing the tamboeka. All the people are very happy here.

Horrible rooms had about 50 dead flys in out first room (DOJT FORGET FOUND SONE IN OUR BEDS PROVIDESLD PICTURES) then charged our room an it was still terrible the rooms or so dated the beds were Horrible with dips in them dirty towels me an my part er used the one between us all week one we brought to hotel wouldn't recommend to anyone terrible

Lovely week at this hotel, the staff are very friendly. Room was huge and well maintained, beds were comfy too. The hotel is lovely but could do with some work. I booked with the impression it was 5* but it didn’t feel it. We struggled with the food, although there was a lot of choice it wasn’t to our taste. My daughter has allergies and is very fussy with food so it’s partly our problem. One night the pizza chef did make her a pizza with no cheese, which was very sweet of him. The animation team made our holiday what it was. They were all super friendly, made huge effort to talk to us and make us feel welcome. The shows were fantastic, they really do work hard. So many activities throughout the day, we loved the aqua gym and yoga. Special shout out to Bibo, Seif and Amen who really took time with us ❤️ such lovely people. Very genuine and clearly love doing what they do. I would recommend the spa, the massages were brilliant!

Beautiful experience here ,we stayed 8 night and did all the adventures posible around , i recomend to everyone the same . Hotel was nice overall altough the internet conection was really almost inexistent , plenty of choices on the food menu , pizza was great and the chefs super nice and friendly . Mr Saif Mbarek And Nassim from the pool are super amazing guys super friendly and helpful they bring an extra to the hotel , amazing boys . On the animation side the team was great, lots of games and entertainment around so you wont get bored . Animation team makes the hotel 100 times better super nice people and amazing personalities. We had great fun here and we will definitely return in the future . Special thanks to the waiting staff and bar staff , amazing service .
