Really nice hotel. Only downside is the transfer from enfidha airport it takes upto 3 hours. Better to book a private transfer or if you can fly into monastir. I would do that. Rooms are lovely and clean they are basic but you only sleep and shower in them. Maid cleaned room everyday and always had clean towels. Food is ok always managed to find something to eat but it is repetitive. Animation team work hard and are always friendly and happy sikah and snoop are amazing. Alcohol drinks are ok small choice beer is ok. The hotel is in a good location beach is lovely and so are the pools but there are a lot of Germans here some are friendly but others are arrogant (as always) French and other natives friendly as well. Overall it’s a very relaxing holiday the old town is about a ten minute drive away and they are also friendly there. We had photographs done with the man in the hotel and would highly recommend. There is also club 55 in the hotel opens at 12am till 6pm and a pizza place open from 10pm to 6am if your on a late flight like we was this is where u get food when you arrive.

This hotel isnt for the British or black British to come hear the English Is very poor i struggling understand them. I arrived Monday morning at 4 am. Theres no wifi in the rooms only main reception.yoy have to buy data. There it is over crowded and has one little shop that sell a little bit of drinks ice cream, sweets, chocolate, clothes and gifts. 5 pools. They water down the coke in small glasses. There nothing to do apart from exertion. Outside the hotel is so busy with the locals. Everything you need is so hard to get you need to get a taxi to where you want to go. My room hasn't being cleaned since I got hear the walk past and said 10 mins but don't come. Once they empty the bins and didn't put a bin bag in the bin or change bedding or sweep the flood. This hotel is for the European and locals not for the British/black British the people are rude they stear they make comments in their language get called african not English. This Arabic woman put her hand on my daughter head while she was playing on the beach. The lifeguard couldn't or won't explain the situation they said ok no problem. Yesterday I had a swin and I went to pick up my baggage and a German woman was getting mad telling me to go away.we have not enjoy this place one bit. When going to get a drink or going to the shop they serve the European first.

Overall positive impressions impressions of the hotel, large space, tasty food, very good bar service. However the entertainment leaves a lot to be desired especially the quality of Sonia during karaoke. There’s a lack of music on the outside of this hotel. It deserves better entertainment.

Myself and my partner travelled here last week and I would definitely not recommend. On entering the hotel it looks lovely but the reception staff are not very welcoming at all. We had to pay tax and the hotel would not accept card payments or Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland notes nor would the bank inside the hotel so if travelling check your notes before you go. The bedrooms in the main hotel are very basic and probably about 2*. The cleaners do clean the rooms every day but on day 2 I killed a couple of bugs on the bathroom floor and they lay there until the end of the holiday. The beach is just at the back of the hotel and it relatively clean outside the hotel but as you walk up the beach it is very unkept in areas. The bar staff are quite pleasant as long S you tip them at the start of the holiday although their English is very limited. The food was ok and we managed to at least get something to eat each day but the flies are everywhere. You do get pestered quite alot in the resort to buy excursions, we did the camel rides, quad bikes, pirate ship and photoshoot. We felt that the pirate ship was not really worth the money for us but may be for others. The photoshoot in the gardens and on the beech was worth the money and you can buy as many photos as you need . Outside the hotel there is nothing to do as it is mostly derelict buildings and very run down so a taxi is required. It was a nice break away but definitely wouldn’t be back in a hurry.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and my childrens, and our experience was horrible. The room we were given was mediocre, with a bad smell like a damp basement. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches everywhere—absolutely disgusting. As soon as we got into bed, our skin started itching. We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist told us there were no available rooms, even though the hotel wasn’t fully booked. At the slide, there was no one supervising the children, and when I asked the staff member responsible, they immediately closed the slide. The pool staff were also unprofessional, i liked the breakfast but the food at dinner was basic. I do not recommend this hotel at all—avoid it at all costs!"

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The service was consistently poor, and the staff's attitude left much to be desired. It felt like they were uninterested in their work and providing even the most basic services. Every day, we faced new issues, and the staff's response was often dismissive and impolite. This lack of professionalism and courtesy greatly diminished our vacation experience, especially for our family. We were hoping for a relaxing stay, but the hotel's poor service turned it into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a stress-free vacation

At first glance, this hotel seems like a nice place to stay based on other reviews, and there are certainly some positive aspects. The bar and restaurant staff are warm and welcoming, and the food is decent. However, our overall experience left much to be desired. The reception staff, with maybe one exception, were unhelpful. We tried to book the A la Carte menu for three days, only to be given the runaround. Despite that the information poster states reservations could be made one day in advance, every time we approached reception, regardless of the time, and two day in advance we were told to “come tomorrow.” This happened repeatedly. We booked three sea-view rooms, but one of the rooms had a pool view with only a partial sea view. While the staff did move us to a proper sea-view room after we complained, our relief was short-lived. The following night, a strong sewage smell began emanating from the air conditioning, making it impossible to breathe comfortably in the room. The staff’s solution was to spray lemon-scented air freshener into the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. When we requested another room, we were told that we had already been moved once, and they were unwilling to accommodate us further. We eventually had to involve our travel agent to help resolve the situation. On top of all this, our rooms had poor water pressure, making almost impossible showering. If you're considering booking here, I strongly recommend researching other options first. If this is your only choice, I sincerely hope your stay goes more smoothly than ours did. For the amount of money we spent on this holiday, the experience was far from worth it.

Great hotel for a lovely vacation with family. All you need is there, amenities, shop, spa, gym, kids club, animation and lots of activities and leisure during the day till night. The animation team is superb. Many thanks to Mrs Sonia, the manager of the animation team, for her effort and hard work to make the stay of all guests memorable and joyful. With her team: Simo, Chicago, Rio, and Anis across lots of activities during the day and performing the show during the night as they are professional dancers. The love we got it especially from Mrs Sonia and Mrs Madiha the manager of kids club, the friendly staff. The kids' club offers lots of activities for your child, and that's why I decided to return again after my first stay in June 2024. You don't have to worry about your kids as they are with a professional team, Amin, Kiki, Safouan, Mariam, and Mariam, they are adorable and take care of your child. Banana boat, parachute, beach activities, and so many. The preferred for my son was the mini golf and fooooootball as he loves playing soccer. They have a soccer field well equipped and fulfil the security requirements. ❤️Kiki, ❤️Amin, ❤️Safouan. For me, the ambience and the kids club are my priorities when I select a hotel. Rooms are acceptable and clean. Hotel location and sandy beach. I will definitely come back next vacation.
