Ok hotell 2-3 stjärnigt, ingen service alls på restaurangen, ovänliga och likgiltiga, dålig mat och bränt kolsvart fisk.

LET ME TELL YOU I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAI🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮I went there on my birthday, the lady at the desk was rude and impatient. The food was absolutely vile, always cold and complaint alot.they speak about you in their own language and think we dont know but apart from that the hotel is nice. Food ruined our whole holiday made my belly go bad. 🤢Food came out raw twice. Never in my whole life have i had food at a restaurant like this . ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN . If you dont believe me TRY IT FOR YOURSELF.Also the some staff are quite concerning, when i went in my bikini they stare and make you feel uncomfortable alot which just made me not want to get in the pool. Another thing thats bad their is the WiFi. Theres only WiFi in the lobby when you leave the lobby to go upstairs or anywhere else it goes, which is not good at all for anyone 🤬🤬🤬please if this ISNT SORTED I WILL BE MAKING IT IN MY POWER TO SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN becuse my birthday holiday was appauling because of these reasons I WANTED TO GO HOME STRAIGHT AWAY ! ANY BRITISH PEOPLE DO NOT COME HERE🇬🇧🇬🇧but let me just stop here for there sake because i CAN GO ON AND ON AND ON AND ON PS MY MOM HAS ALL THE PICS OF THEYRE DISGUSTING FOOD 🤒🤒🤒🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Nice staff dispite some review never had a problem on my stay. Food might be good but couldnt understand the labels they need a discription of everything in the meals, i found myself getting chips and like beef with onion and gravy everyday, food is about 3 stars no more, nothing to do though here this time of here you have to venture out of the hotel there are many quad tours near by this time of year nov and camel rides but no other excersions. Pool outdoors is very cold we never used it only the indoor one which is nice and warm. The shop inside of hotel has a lovely gentleman working who doesnt harras you or to buy, lovely clothes in there also tshirts with many labels. Cleanliness id give a 3.5 stars the cubords were dirty there was poo on the douche. Dont expect 5 star clean but i would bring some bags to put clothes out in cubords to line bottom. I had to go to bar with half pint glass alot they dont do pints i asked for 2 they said no. All in all i wouldnt stay again but am grateful of the politeness off staff here.

It was a great vacation. The animators made it an unforgettable experience. They had good programs and were very nice. The employees were all very nice. The hotel was good, the beach was beautiful, but big waves. The food was also good. I recommend a vacation here.

Myself and my husband have just returned from 10 days all inclusive atay at thalassa mahdia.the actual travel time to the hotel is 2.5 hours away from enfidha airport. First impressions were good we were quickly checked in and as it was lunch time we went straight through for lunch.we had a walk round see what was available and everything looked nice.we had to find our own seat which was quite annoying with a plate of food.i went and got a drink in which I can only describe as a thimble sized glass. We were showed to our room which was a ground floor room with a pool view which was nice but we decided to move room day after as I was a very dark room so we had a top floor(3 floors) which had pool and sea view much nicer .breakfast is probably the best meal to have so fill up ...the omelette are beautiful and made fresh and quickly .the only grumble I've got with breakfast was the toaster was turn off as a chef does a basket of toast which goes hard and cool very quickly. Plenty of coffee but I personally take my own tea bags...I'm British lol Food is okay but little repetitive but that's all inclusive for you The pool and surroundings are very pretty. Plenty of sunbeds .there is a lot of flys and bugs which normally I get eaten alive no matter where I go.TOP TIP put some tea tree oil in your suncream or oil and they tend to stay clear. The pool bar is nice but the barman needs to learn to smile and have some manners . The animation team are really nice especially sasha who does the mini club but all are friendly.didnt really do a lot of activities throughout the day but the aqua gym is funny and good.you can get a towel from reception for 20 Tunisian dinar deposit but keep the receipt The hotel it's self is a bit dated but spotless couldn't fault the cleaners and maids. We did however feel a little isolated as we were the only two English in the hotel mainly French. If you need a cash point the closest place is a bout a 20 min walk to a change bureau left from the hotel. There is a little shop downstairs near the spa but it's very small and limited choice .I didn't use the spa or the indoor pool.a gentleman who sits by the beach entrance shows you various trips and excursions to go on we opted for the pirate ship which was okay but small ...no alcohol is on the actually boat but you can take some or they give you soft drinks and quite a pleasant meal which is cooked on the boat. We both have been Tunisia many times different parts and areas not sure if we would return to thalassa

We holidayed here between 10th to the 17th sept of this year.a fantastic time we had.Parts of the hotel are slightly dated and could do with a makeover but everything was functional.we we’re greeted by the reception staff with a welcoming cool refreshing drink, the view from our room was spectacular, the bar staff were sensational, greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake and not to forget always remembering our tipple, the food was beautiful with a large choice for every meal and again the staff were 1st class, with a choice of the pool or the beach just yards apart from each other, just grab a bed and enjoy.there’s not many places we would go back to but this is sure one we would visit again, didn’t want to leave

Where do I even begin, we are an English family and we do not expect luxury when we paid a budget price, however this hotel is not great. Firstly the staff are very rude and do not speak English and barely understand. They expect tips on everything you do and if you don't you are at the back of the queue for good service. The hotel is clean throughout and looks nice in reception beyond that the rooms are terrible, they are old and dated and in need of a major refurbishment. We had to complain about things not working in our room which was rectified but you shouldn't have to complain for this to happen. Maids we're lovely and fresh towels were given daily. The food is nice but very repetitive, breakfast was the best meal. Everything is deep fried in oil. Very long ques at the bar as only x2 people working and the glasses were so small and they have a x2 drink per person policy which doesn't help when you don't even get a decent size beer or spirit in the glass. The pool is clean and there was plenty of sunbed space however on our last day the lifeguards where taking people's towels off the beds even though there was plenty of beds available. We later found out its because some of the people had tipped them for beds. The sea view and beach from the pool is an amazing view and well maintained. The entertainment could be better, nobody wants to see young people dancing every night to the same thing or very poor shows but in the day time the activities and music was great round the pool. It was just the night time it let it down. Mo mo was fantastic and helped with what we needed. Reception staff extremely rude and do not speak any English at all. Never experienced a reception like this in all the countries we have visited. Money - they do not accept any English notes with the kings head on because the banks here do not accept it. We explained this is our currency but it wasn't good enough and they will only take money with the queen on. Luckily we had enough on us. The local people are friendly and go out the way to help you out and about in the shops etc. The lovely holidays rep was very rude and arrogant he dis not care as we didn't want to book any excursions with him and he got a gob on and walked off from us and we will be reporting this back to love holidays as it's not acceptable. Transfer to hotel roughly 2/2.5 hours not worth it at all. Overall the week was ok but we would never ever come back here and we have been to some lovely hotels in tunisia but this has been the worst ! We never take notice of reviews but this is really a 2/3 star at the most.
