El Mouradi Cap Mahdia

I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior specifically the receptionist. We booked for an all inclusive stay and when we got there we were told that it was “well know hotel policy” that the all inclusive option doesn’t include alcohol if you booked for less than 3 nights… we checked other websites for the same hotel and the actually differentiate between all-in and all-in soft for less than three nights Trip.com offered us “15€ compensation” as if it was enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ The beach was amazing and we decided to give it a chance and a third night, change to a cleaner room and get our all-in bracelets but after paying they told us that, as it was a “different booking” it still doesn’t apply to the “minimum 3 night rule” for alcohol 🤯 Food was okay, beach was amazing but the I still wouldn’t recommend it because of their behavior, how they talked to us, the lack of information and honesty and ofc the cleanliness

Everything is normal But food is not good. And room are not clean and there are many incges But a beautiful experience and a very beautiful sea.

At the end of my 10-day stay at Elmouradi Cap Mahdia, I would like to write these words to help anyone who is hesitant to book this hotel. El Mouradi Cap Mahdia is one of the best 3-star hotels I have visited. It features a large reception hall, a spacious swimming pool, and a magnificent sandy beach. The hotel maintains an impeccable level of cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The entertainment team is dynamic and offers numerous activities during the day (pétanque, archery, football, beach volleyball, water polo, etc.). At night, dancing or shows are offered. New guests are warmly welcomed and quickly integrate into the hotel's atmosphere. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, with varied and satisfying meals and drinks at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What sets this hotel apart is its management, which is constantly improving its services for its guests. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Mme. Leila, for her leadership, presence, and commitment to providing the best for her guests. Many thanks also to the reception team, especially Slimene, the restaurant chef MOULDI, and the bar chef ZOUHEIR. As with any 3-star hotel, you may encounter some issues, but they are quickly resolved and will not affect the quality of your stay in any way. In summary, considering all of the above, I find Elmouradi Cap Mahdia to be one of the best value-for-money hotels. I highly recommend it, giving it a rating of 5/5.

The staff is unprepared,slow.Constant cowd at meals,the main course is not ready,then they start cooking.The animation team is nothing.A big disappointment this year.The only positive thing about the hotel is the beach and the cleaning of the rooms.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at El Mouradi Cap Mahdia. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location — right on a beautiful sandy beach with a gradual entry into the sea, which we really enjoyed during daily swims and walks along the shore. The room was simple but functional and cleaned regularly. The air conditioning worked well, and the overall environment was pleasant and clean. We found the food to be average — the selection wasn’t very wide, but there was always something to choose from. We especially appreciated the fresh bread, vegetables, fruit, and simple hot dishes. Perfect for a low-key holiday. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The animators made an effort every day to entertain both children and adults, and the evening programs had a nice atmosphere. Overall, we were satisfied and enjoyed our holiday. For the price, it’s a great balance of quality and service. If you’re looking for a quiet place by the sea and aren’t too demanding, this is a good choice. We would definitely come back here again. Location: The hotel is situated right on a beautiful sandy beach with a gradual entry into the sea, which we really appreciated. Room: Simple, clean, and regularly cleaned, perfect for relaxing. I recommend going to breakfast early in the morning to get the best selection of fresh bread and fruit. Also, turn your wristbands inside out so that local people won’t know which hotel you’re staying at and won’t try to take advantage of you.

The best thing in the hotel was the animation team i wass so happy to meet them (da7a & rami & 7amidoss) and it was a very great experience
