Soaltee Westend Resort Nagarkot

By far the best customer service we have ever received. Highly recommend this resort. The food, hospitality and the views were amazing. My husband and I arrived at the hotel violently sick and we contacted the hotel manager Nabin for some medical assistance. Nabin went above and beyond to ensure not only we got the medical help but also looked after us until we got better. We were supposed to go trekking but ended up staying in the resort room the whole time. The entire staff were extremely nice and friendly, they makde sure our stay was comfortable. We are definitely coming back here again. Huge thanks to Nabin and his team.

Great place with absolutely delicious food and amazing services. The whole staff was always ready to help out in any way. This place has a different vibe. I recommend everyone to visit this place at-least once in life. We both are looking to visit this again. Thank you whole team.

Excellent Service: thank you “Tilka” & “Vipin” for taking care of us specially my year old infant.you both are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to ensure our daughter got everything and thank you so much for making our stay pleasant.thank you so much “GM” to personally come and meet and greet us . 2. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: cleanliness of the room are amazing, comfortable beds, and well-maintained facilities as well we were there in December in cold weather and room was warm ,please r and the view was breathtaking. 3. Great Location: Hotels in convenient and desirable locations easily accessible and good roads. 4. Delicious Food: breakfast was amazing but need to work on your food choices for lunch and dinner . Food has a very big impact to bring your guest back. 5. Beautiful Views: Hotel with stunning views of snow mountains and greenery is amazing ,calm and very relaxing. 6. Prompt and Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out . 7. Value for Money:-must book if you really want to enjoy your stay. 8. Overall Satisfaction: we had a wonderful experience, felt welcomed, and would highly recommend the hotel to others

RECENTLY I STAYED AT SOALTEE NAGARKOT WITH MY WIFE AND KIDS. THE THINGS WE LOVED THE MOST IS STAFFS EFFICEINCY AND SERVICE STAFFS ARE VERY POLITE AND HUMBLE AND FRIENDLY AND HOTEL ROOMS ARE ALSO DAMN GOOD . WE WILL DEFINETLY VISIT THE SOALTEE NAGARKOT IN FUTURE VERY SOON. SPECIALLY THANKS TO ASHISH, DINESH AND SURESH FOR THEIR BEAUTIFUL AND WARM SERVICE.

Beautiful resort amidst the mountains. Nice pleasant staff - always ready to serve. Rooms were clean and big enough but did not have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Food was good. Amazing view, amazing grounds. Nothing much for kids to do. Good for short stay.

Great place to visit.. great rooms and clean, delicious food and friendly staff especially Mr. Nabin for his welcome and nice words. DON’T MISS THE PLACE as the view and landscape are amazing. Definitely will come back soon to the amazing place…

All the facilities were great n super. Welcoming also feeling great. Love to visit again. The theme and vibes of the properties creates the goosebumps. Very satisfactions. The coordination done by Mr Subodh Budhathoki is great. He is very helpful towards the guest. Hope to visit there again and lastly all the amenities are great.

Our stay was super nice. The place is perfect to disconnect and relax outside of the busy city with nice views. The place was perfect - the rooms were super clean and fully equipped and we had everything we needed. The amazing staff made the stay even better - we even extended our stay because of how much we loved being there. Nabin was super helpful making sure we were happy with everything and helped us organize a hike and gave us tips and recommendations on things to do around town. Overall we loved it and we are definitely coming back!
