Coral Beach Resort

We have asked for a reservation for 14 pax coral beach property @ Mamallapuram But Mr.Dinesh Sales *** changed our tour plan and was accommodated in the alternative worst resort which has no back up proper staffs and breakfast limited. our guest had felt restless sleeps and created bad opinions on coral resort team unresponsive ***ager money minded I suggest go direct to property don't make any reservation they will loot your money .

One of the best beach side resort we have visited till now. Great staff ( Mr. Vishnu ) who knew how to serve the customer. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. They gave us room with perfect location with swimming pool view. Beach is very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. Amazing experience. thanks

I had a pleasant stay at coral resorts. Nice ambience and excellent customer service. Good place to visit with family and friends. Especially I would like to appreciate Vishnu, who actually took care of all our needs in a timely ***ner. Much appreciated Vishnu. Thanks for your wonderful gesture.

The resort is below average particularly with respect to the rooms which are very old, smelly, & suffocating. Be certain to NOT choose the Deluxe rooms these are the oldest, not up to the mark at all. Luckily I could get it changed to a sea facing room this was much better than the previous. But this room was also smelly. The restaurant has a variety of food but definitely over-priced. We wanted to order 1kg cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday unfortunately the resort has no cake facility this is a big surprise such as 4* resort not having a bakery service. The buggy driver Lanka told us I would buy a cake from outside , then we particularly asked for the cake price before ordering it , he couldn't say about rate, after the several hours Waits finally he brought 1kg Black Forest cake with ***ual paper bill which he had charged me 1900 I was astounded even if i had ordered in 5* star hotel the prices would have been lesser, so we have no choice I was paid him 1900 through Google pay screenshot is attached. Be careful with the buggy *** in the coral resort , he will take you for a ride on the prices of anything you ask him , he had ask money from my parents to drop till our room. I wouldn't recommend this resort Especially for the lack of professionalism and poor service and cheated by buggy driver.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Also Mr.Vishnu has been so helpful from checkin till checkout and he has given the best room for us. We had a wonderful stay in coral and will be coming back again specially for the service provided . Thanks to Mr.Baskar as well

Neat rooms as we went at last minute we don't options for selecting the scenic rooms. Good staffs and service. Food was really good on taste and quantity. Overall it was an good experience. Easy beach access and neat swimming pool

It is the kind of place where not only the property but also the staff Ms.Preeti is truly perfect as well. I really loved the stay. Delicious food during the stays. Well maintained and hygienic rooms. Enjoyed our one week stay in this hotel to the fullest.

Food was best part of resort. Cottages are good and well maintained. Felt its a new one and evolving. Overall a good place to be there with a family and friends. An indoor sportzone is missing and few options to dry beach clothes would add up to better customer experience.

We had taken a package deal with stay and 3 meals..dinner, breakfast and lunch. Hi tea on arrival day was also given. Our whole family of about 20 people were absolutely happy with all the amenities in the resort. Check in was super quick. Rooms were CLEAN!! Since it's a new resort small amenities like clothes line outside the room and hooks in the bathroom needs to be provided. Food was delicious and served very well as a buffet for our group. Special mention of the f&b ***ager Mr.Chitarasan who took special care since we were pure vegetarian.. thank you. House keeping services was really good with service available spot at midnight also. Overall everything about the place is very friendly and ideal for a top class vacation. Very family oriented. Jaganath & family/chennai
