I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience during my stay at this hotel. I was initially given Room #102, which was provided to me only by 3:30 PM—well past the promised check-in time of 2 PM. The room was not only significantly smaller than advertised, but also in poor condition. The bedsheet was dirty, used towels were left in the wardrobe, and the fan was noisy. Although some of these were temporarily addressed upon request, the issues kept recurring. The AC was also noisy and never properly fixed despite multiple assurances. To make matters worse, the room was full of mosquitoes, and no solution was provided despite my concerns—especially alarming with a child staying with me. Basic amenities like the Wi-Fi password and bathroom supplies were given only after several follow-ups. Due to all these issues, I requested a room change, but was initially told no rooms were available. Only after escalating the matter to the property manager, Mr. Shankar, was I offered Room #103. Unfortunately, this room was no better—the AC didn’t cool the room even after 45 minutes, the fan was again noisy, and it was clear that my family and I couldn’t sleep in such conditions given the summer heat. Even the manager acknowledged the problem but later contradicted himself and even made inappropriate remarks, suggesting I check with other guests or go to the police station if I wasn’t satisfied. In total, I spent 4.5 hours at the property—most of which was spent making calls, following up with staff, and dealing with maintenance issues. I eventually had to leave and stay at a relative’s house, completely losing peace of mind and wasting an entire day. This is such a terrible experience. This was not just poor service—it was mental harassment.
