Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa

I had amazing time at Le Méridien, Mahabaleshwar. Very cozy and with the nature. Scrutiny was good including the hospitality n food. Room were neat n classy. They best was balcony, huge n between the trees... People helping kids to do their Activities were also very friendly and composed. Overall we loved the experience and will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar was amazing, especially since it was our first trip with our 4-year-old daughter. The hotel is beautifully set in the mountains, with peaceful surroundings and lovely views everywhere you look. The grounds are large and full of greenery, making it feel like a refreshing escape into nature. The food was excellent, with plenty of options that we all enjoyed, especially our little one. Chef Bibhuti Panda, ***** with Samurddhi and Arti from the restaurant team, made every meal feel special. The kids’ activities, waterpark, and temperature-controlled pool were perfect for our daughter and allowed us to relax while she had a great time. We also really appreciated the personal touches. Salman from the front desk arranged a beautifully decorated room and a birthday cake, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome, and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful property again.

Unforgettable memories we made......wat a property.....amazing.......we can't imagine its beauty unless we visit and spend time.....kids has lots of activities.....awesome swimming pool....super co operative staff... ..super food....each n every corner here is eye pleasing...wow...wow...worth every penny.

It was an awesome trip. We loved all the recreational activities. Specifically the Recreation centre activity were great. My daughter loved all the activities. She made flowers and butterfly. Kamini ma'am and Harsh sir helped Aarvi with the bottle painting. Overall property experience was great. The buggy service helped us. The pool view and experience was also great.

Avoid Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar at All Costs! I was made to leave the hotel with a refund because they couldn’t fix the AC and wifi. Here's what went down - I had the misfortune of attempting to stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar on March 14th, but due to the hotel's screw ups, I was forced to leave on the very same day. Despite checking in at 12:30 pm, the hotel failed to provide me with a functional room till 6 pm. The Wi-Fi (in a dead mobile network part of the property) and AC didn't work, and even after being moved to another room, the AC still didn't cool. The most appalling part was the hotel staff's (Manager Khan and Vanshika) casual and dismissive approach to my complaints. When I brought these issues to their attention, they would disappear after saying pls wait for 5-10 mins at the reception and that stretched for 6 hours and their last solution was to offer a refund and leave! Yes, you read that right - they essentially told me there are no rooms so take your money and go find another hotel. When I lost my cool after 6 hours, they tried to attempt to rectify the situation by searching for a nearby hotel but as expected they were useless. Oh yes, they said please come the next day to have dinner on the house and use the pool. YES! This experience was a shocking display of lack of planning, training, and customer-centricity within the staff. I share this disastrous experience so that others are aware of the subpar service they can expect from Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar. The final insult was that none of the staff members even bothered to see us off at the gate, a basic courtesy that even a 2 star hotel would extend to guests who have had such a terrible experience.

I had a lovely lovely time at Le Meridian Mahabaleshwar. My Mom was so happy, they arranged delicious cake for her as a surprise and made sure she has a lovely time. Special thanks to Simmi Pandey who was making sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. She was very proactive and kind. Helped us to get a room upgrade as well ! It felt like family interacting with her. The food is delicious specially their restaurant " Under the Woods" is beautiful! Also special thanks to their chef " Samriddhi Agarwal" for making such a delicious cake for us ! It was a sweet surprise! I felt very close to the nature, it was very peaceful and a much needed break from the Hustle Bustle of the city. I am definetely going to go there again !
