Our recent experience was extremely disappointing, and it's imperative that others are made aware of it. While on the premises, our wallet was misplaced in the parking area. Eventually, we retrieved it from the reception, but unfortunately, all the cash (approximately INR 9,000 to 10,000) had been removed, leaving only the cards behind. Despite this incident, the staff provided no assistance in identifying the perpetrator or recovering the stolen money. Initially, we were informed that reviewing the CCTV footage would take some time before any confirmation could be made. Subsequently, we were told that the CCTV at the main gate had been non-functional for the past 15 days. The lack of initiative from the staff to address our concerns was evident throughout the ordeal. They assured us that further investigation would be conducted and updates provided, but as of now, we are still awaiting any developments. However, the absence of functioning cameras and the apparent lack of accountability on the hotel's premises are concerning. It's imperative for the ***agement to address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Our case highlights just one instance, raising questions about the security and accountability of belongings within the premises.
