Ho attribuito 2 stelle a questa struttura poiché la Camera che ho scelte in fase di prenotazione non è la stessa dove ho soggiornato, inoltre a mio parere la colazione non era sufficiente. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ottima e la disponibilità della proprietaria anche.

Ho prenotato tramite Booking su questa struttura il giorno prima di arrivare sono stato ricoverato in ospedale per un svenimento con trauma cranico ho contattato la struttura per richiedere la cancellazione gratuita a partire dal secondo giorno e io pagavo il primo giorno che ero stato in ospedale visto il mancato preavviso, ma si sono rifiutati mi hanno detto che erano dispiaciuti per l’accaduto però che dovevo avere un assicurazione per questi tipo di eventi che non potevano fare la cancellazione, poi mi hanno detto che avrebbero rimesso disponibile la stanza su altre piattaforme e mi avrebbero casomai fatto un bonifico ma non mi hanno mai chiesto il mio iban immagino che avranno affittato la stanza pagata da me e avranno guadagnato il doppio, anche lo staff di Booking ha provato a contattarli ma il responsabile non era mai reperibile e a me non mi hanno più risposto!!!!!

La villa, rinnovata recentemente e arredata con grande gusto, ha un’ottima posizione centrale, perfetta per raggiungere in 30 minuti circa entrambe le coste. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Maglie, con la possibilità di parcheggiare proprio davanti casa. Colazione ottima, grazie anche alle torte, cornetti e pasticciotti preparati dalla proprietaria, mentre la signora Giovanna si occupa della caffetteria. Molto gentili e disponibili tutti, sin dalla prenotazione e per qualsiasi altra esigenza in loco. Stanze spaziose, comode e pulite. Giardino circondante la villa, ottimo per relax e per prendere il sole. Ci diceva la proprietaria che in estate vengono forniti gratuitamente anche ombrelloni e quanto necessario per il mare. Sicuramente da consigliare!!!
