The Excelsior Magenta Hotel is probably the best option to stay in Magenta. Rooms are a bit small but nice and clean and well equipped. Reception is always helpful and courteous, and the two ladies running the breakfast room on the top of the building are wonderful, as is the breakfast they prepare. I travel a lot and only get to Magenta about once every 2 years, but each time this hotel is a highlight of my travels.

During my stay, air conditioning was broken in the whole hotel more than a week. At midnight it was 34 Celsius, absolutely impossible to sleep. Also refrigerator in my room was broken, during my stay it wasnt fixed at all. Wifi signal was very poor in my room, practically unusable except for the toilette. This cannot happen in 4-star hotel. I dont know if I just had a bad luck, but I hardly return to the hotel in the future. On the other hand, staff were friendly and helpful.

Quaint hotel in a small village. Has a continental breakfast with good selection. Friendly staff. Old style door keys attached to very large and heavy fob. Bed was kind of low to the ground. Room was comfortable in general but a little warm in summer. Close to train station. Restaurants nearby and also has its own restaurant but I didn’t try it.

The hotel is showing its age and it shows. Nevertheless, the price/performance ratio is good. You can reach Milan / Rho exhibition center very quickly and easily by train.

Dated but decent hotel. Carpet in the room.... not the best but it was used in the past to reduce noise. Clean room, spacious bathroom and with all basic comforts. Adequate breakfast on the top floor. Pleasant at dawn to see the sun rising.

Totally disappointed, restaurant closed during the COVID period, never reopened, but not even reported on the site, I went out for dinner alone!!! Wellness center mentioned closed! Minibar with two bottles of natural water, but what kind of minibar is that? I've said it all! Breakfast so-so, nothing special. You shouldn't sell what isn't, I chose this hotel for reasons and then it wasn't like that. The only positive thing was the mattress, I slept well.

Hotel very close to the station. Cozy rooms, well heated (outside, -7), breakfast area on the 5th floor with a beautiful view, there was almost nothing in the assor**ent for celiacs, but I understand that it is not always easy to keep ad hoc products ready. Friendly and smiling staff. Advised
